You got to remember, this whole stupid vicious circle that football finance has got itself into is almost exclusively an English problem, and we were the highest profile club in trouble around that time. Maybe the sort of club we are (historically close-knit family/community) had something to do with it. But it could be something as bizarre as him being caught-up in the romance of us beating ManYoo in 1976; after all that was predicted in advance to be the most one-side FA Cup Final in history. Maybe he watched it. I get old Austrians comment on that game when they find out who I support.

I havent read anywhere when exactly it happened, so its entirely possible that it had either already happened or word had come through that it was imminent. No doubt in my mind that AP knew he was very seriously ill.

No change in the short-to-mid term, I would say. Presumably he doesnt have the close relationship with the rest of the family, but they will probably trust him if Markus did.
