  1. Did you actually bother reading the post that inspired me posting that response ? Thought not...
  2. I agree. But that at least will be an acknowledgement that his return has done this. At the moment the silence from SMS boardroom is deafening, even though he must be worried about gate revenue.
  3. I manage to finish a pint at half-time, without my missus going down 10mins before the end of the first half to buy it.
  4. I generally agree with you, dude, but this thread is out of order. JP is doing a thankless task for almost nothing, with no resources. He's completely over his head, but its not his fault.

The current system is finished. That was clear for all to see on Wednesday night.
  6. What do you mean by "part of" ? I am spending a large amount of my time following every step of the demise of SFC, and will do the same if a recovery starts in earnest too. If I havent moved back by then, I wont exactly be attending, will I ?
  7. Fairy muff. Dont want to get the site into trouble, I'll edit the post.
  8. And you've now repeated this pedantic point several times. To what end ? I didnt respond because I regard it as irrelevant. Most of the people arguing against adminsitration are doing so because they feel it would REALLY f**k the club up. Guess what ? With the results on the pitch and only 14,000 fans turning up, the club is REALLY f**ked already. Yes, yes, I am sure some entity called Southampton Football Club will come out at the end of this (to address you pedantry), but it will not be an entity any of us recognise.
  9. No-where near, in my estimate. Wigley wrecked a mid-table Premiership team. He had money and resources (though maybe Lowe was allegedly picking his team too).
  10. Agree with Long Shot. F**king good post. I've been saying for ages the happy-clappies are doing more damage than those of us accused of being "negative"
  11. Surprised you've got the nerve to show up around here at the moment.
  12. But that's exactly how SFC has conducted its board-room business for the best part of 3 years, isnt it ?

IF JP were to go, I suspect that Wilde and Lowe will start on each other again, Flaky Mike will go cap-in-hand to Crouchie, and the whole shiit will start over again. Suffice to say, Lowe's position is particularly untenable if JP goes. Therefore, I think he will stay. I feel sorry for him. He's doing the job for next-to-nothing, and he has no resources.
  14. All those people who said they'd give the set-up 10 games please take note : We are at 7 games, and things are deteriorating...
  15. ... will any of you attendance nay-sayers in a financial position to attend change your minds, since he would have swallowed his very inflated pride ???
  16. Schneiderlin, Svensson, Holmes
  17. Tell you what, if administration does not happen by Xmas, with these levels of attendance persisting until then, I think that will be clear evidence we have been LIED to about the depth of the financial plight...
  18. Administration - there is no way that these attendance levels will allow SFC to fulfill its side of the deal with Barclays, especially as we cannot flog anyone until January...
  19. Several of the "passing" team have succumbed to injury, and Killer is no longer there to inspire from the back. Considering our lack of squad depth, surely this deterioration in performance comes as no surprise ? The Luvvies have stopped talking about piissing all over the opposition for 20-35mins, and are now talking about the kids giving maximum effort...
  20. Seeing as LC had Rooopert regularly turning up last season like a particularly back thundercloud or Destroying Angel hanging over SMS, I'd say that if Lowe is piissed about it, he shouldnt have started throwing the stones in this particular glass house...
  21. OS is back up now.
