Looks great, probably 100 times better than what we’ll really get.
  2. He’s trying to appear ITK by posting a load of stuff we all know already. It’s no different to Jack Schidt, AR10, James McCann, Ekon Okereke and a bunch of others who’ve done the same thing.
  3. Is that a percentage of the total in the US, because I’m not sure those figures are accurate. If they’re suggesting 97.4% murder is committed by blacks and whites, that leaves less than 3% for all combined Hispanics and Asians. Seems unrealistically low to me.
  4. Only if saying, "I’m going to flip a coin, it might be heads," counts as knowledge.
  5. Nah, not that kind of dream.
  6. 🤨 Well, I'd get it if he was dead but other than that...
  7. Used to play that for hours at a mates house. I had the original PlayStation but wanted my parents to buy an N64 just for that game.
  8. KWP wouldn’t really warrant a ‘wow’ though. LeG you dirty little tease. 😆
  9. Looks like it’s happening for real https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe-53518238
  10. As long as people are genuinely open minded, that’s all I can really ask. The human mind and the origins of the Big Bang are two of the most fascinating unexplained phenomena in nature. To be honest I find it a little sad that some people are willing to simply say, "God did it," and leave it there.
  11. I don’t know the ins and outs of it, only that I’ve had seen the basics explained and that someone with a moderate understanding of psychology and human behaviour would be able to explain it more comprehensively. The human brain is one of the least understood and most complex entities in nature. For example, last night I dreamt that I was a supervisor at a construction site where my assistant, a blonde lady called Christine, was explaining that none of the lifts were working. I went to inspect and the lifts hasn’t been installed - dozens of people in suits were just standing in the lift shafts waiting. I’ve never worked in construction or with a woman called Christine but my brain managed to subconsciously come up with that nonsense out of nothing. I believe it’s easily possibly to subconsciously come up with names and words you’ve never heard of on a ouija board, even though I don’t understand how.
  12. Basically, the person was making tiny subconscious muscle movements they weren’t even aware of, which lead Darren in the right direction at every turning an crossroads. I guess with a ouijaBoard people will subconsciously do what they expect to happen. I have a very vague recollection of a doctor talking about a sort of anti-placebo effect. For example, if the governments top medical advisors told us all that wobbling heads was a side effect of Covid-19, some people would be turning up at A&E with their head wobbling uncontrollably. Subconsciously you do it because it’s what you expect to happen.
  13. Ouija boards are just a consequences of subconscious muscle movements. I saw Darren Brown do a stunt once where he asked a volunteer to think of a shop or building and keep it to themselves. He then took their hand in the middle of the city and they lead him right too it, despite trying their hardest not to give away any hints or movements. Interesting psychology but nothing paranormal.
  14. Just out of interest, who here would actually want to go to heaven? I try not to think about the concept of infinity too much because by brain just can’t handle it and that would apply to any afterlife too. Even the most blissful paradise, where I get reunited with everyone I have loved dearest, would eventually become unbearable torture. I don’t mind the Hindu idea of reincarnation, not that I believe in it, but really I think ceasing to be self aware if probably the kindest thing for us.
  15. So long as that remains the case, then I don’t take any issue with it. Sadly that’s not the case for a large majority of religious people who teach their beliefs to their children and others.
  16. Having belief in a higher being and following a religion are separate entities really, although they tend to go hand in hand. A persons thoughts and beliefs are their own business, so long as they stay within the confines of their own brain. When people start teaching religion, that’s what I consider immoral, particularly if children are involved.
  17. I guess that’s where we differ then. The religious theology and the cashew nuts, can’t stand them.
  18. The evidence is about as strong as the existence of Voldemort, so it’s up to you to decide if that’s enough really.
  19. Shit, I’ve started it off again. Sorry everyone.
  20. Yes, I just meant the Watford job in general. Might give it a crack myself actually.
  21. Since the restart, they've played like relegation candidates, 9 points from 9 games. Their problems have been going on longer than that, only 4 league wins since new years day.
  22. I thought that was the whole point in extending his contract by a month. Would be a bit weird to do that and not give a medal.
  23. This Chelsea defence is welcome at St Mary’s next season.
  24. A shame really. Of all the sh*t holes I’ve been to in this country Luton is probably the showroom model, would have been nice to send the Skates there again. I’m not sure I’d want something that heavy pressing against me.
  25. I think you misunderstand me, I don’t wish any ill at all upon Christians, or any other person of faith. Moreover, I’d like to see all of them (You) freed from what I regard as tyranny. I won’t drone on, because if the greatest minds of our generation can’t convince you otherwise then I certainly can’t. I say this as someone who was confirmed as a Christian as a teenager but have since learned to question what my parents and schools taught me as a child.
