We aren't nescessarily going to be cut adrift here, stop putting such a negative spin on it. Firstly Saints are hardly exclusive when it comes to game called off. I seem to remember when the Hartlepool game was postponed, Swindon vs Wednesday was the only League 1 fixture to go ahead all weekend. Walsall is hardly out in the wilderness. If their pitch is unplayable, there will be a lot more games called off in the next 25 hours. Secondly, people seem to be under the assumption that all 22 other teams will win their games if they go ahead. They wont and we could find ourselves maybe 2 points behind one of our rivals with 2 games in hands. Really not a bad scenario to be in. Plus these are all games which will be replayed AFTER the January transfer window. There may not be much spending, but even if we only get 2 or 3 players, we will be a lot stronger for it. Plus we have Barnard, Chaplow and Richardson all coming back from injuries, who will be all the fitter for another week's training. Chill people!
