I presume you’re posting that in your capacity as chairman of the Hampshire kebab vans union?
-
You’ve got to feel for Charlton a bit there.
-
Yes.

A couple of great strikes from Liverpool but I’d happily swap the ‘no crowd noise’ option for a ‘no Jaaaaamie Karaka‘ option.
-
Right, come on Brentford/QPR.
-
We’ll get there in the end, just sadly not in our lifetimes. If anything I feel the nutters help some of the moderates see sense.
-
I’m not sure that’s legal. I could have sworn Chelsea got into a bit of trouble for doing just that after a CL tie, not long after Abramovic took over.
-
TBF they gave Man Utd a penalty instead of sending Fernandes off, so swings and roundabouts for Villa really.
-
So a Premier League footballer could choose not to kneel and not face any negative consequences?

There’s always one. Jet fuel doesn’t melt coronavirus!

Even if she is, it’s scarcely an issue. There are private charters like this all the time for passengers who are either high priority or security risk. Your average gammon may be imagining a Gulfstream 6 with its own bar and a Russia girl giving foot massages. In reality it’ll probably be something more akin to the plane Sala died in, although hopefully not quite so cowboy in its operation. -
There no harm in it but I also see little benefit. My disagreement lies with the enforced participation, such as players kneeling before a game and the aggressive stance Hamilton is taking with other drivers.

Most intelligent and reasonable people would agree with the message but it’s importance becomes less and less by the week. Back in the 70s, movements like this would have changed people hearts and minds and changed racism from being broadly acceptable to antisocial and eventually a crime. Given that the message has been out there for so long, anyone not adhering to it is quite clearly choosing not to. As such, simply repeating it with a few badges and empty gestures won’t change anything.

I guess there’re a few people who were previously dormant turning to religion out of fear, which is all religion is really, when you think about it.
-
I think that’s a bit on the pessimistic side, after all we signed Adams this season as a replacement for Austin. Reed you could well be right about but you’d be mentally ill to replace Ings with Carrillo.
-
TBH I think they're well aware that none of these protests are going to change anything and they're happy just to pay them lip service in countries where they won't offend any actual racists.
-
I’m not sure that really follows. If needing to beat them to have any chance of survival isn’t enough incentive, I don’t think a couple of goals here and there will change much. Besides, they had plenty of incentive to beat us and failed, so I’m not sure it’s really helping.
-
Surely that’s representative of nothing more than a worldwide hiatus in religious service and preaching, which has lead to people downloading apps and online text. Looking at the countries with high death tolls, I think we can safely conclude than prayer is having zero effect on anything.

I guess this means Spurs have nipped in and poached Danso, like they did with Toby. 🙄
-
If the restart is anything to go by, the Blades could be well down there with Palace, Brighton and whichever of the bottom 4 no hopers somehow stays up. Leicester look every bit the midtable team these days too.
-
Bearing in mind we’ve played two up top all season, that means Long, Adams and MO’B have more combined minutes on the pitch than Ings. Between them they’ve scored 7 league goals. Gives a rough but not entirely accurate representation of our other strikers over 38 games. That said, we stayed up two years in a row with that useless plank Austin as our top scorer on 6/7, so I guess it’s plausible.
-
That’s kind of my point, I’d rather they had to better our result by 5 goals or needed a win if we drew.
-
It’s as if they’ve planned on it all going tits up, like last year, only now it hasn’t they’ve decided to bring the date forward.
-
If only we could have managed a highly respectable 4-0 defeat at home to Leicester, we’d be looking much stronger relative to Everton, come Sunday.

Watford is a free hit for any unemployed manager. Sure, you’ll get sacked after a few months but nobody will blame you because they’re run by a bunch of fruitcakes.
