Is Gardner definitely out? Don't they normally get a week to appeal a red, meaning he would still be eligible for our game? I'm not entirely sure on that rule but I'm sure we've fallen foul of something similar before. Would be good if they are without Gardner, Fletcher, Cattermole, Sausages and maybe Larsson.

Air India Express is one to avoid. PIA and Biman Bangladesh have dodgy reputations too.

Don't worry Griff, I'll be there in my Stone Island Jacket and Adidas trainers looking well casual. All them Mackems will think I'm stylish as f**k. As for the side issue of the football game, I dunno. Win or something? Could happen.

Spend half that on a 1 bedroom flat in Reading and spend the rest on sound proofing your Lotus.

we've been shafted 2 weeks in a row by West Brom, playing like 1970s Brazil last week and then not turning up at home Wigan. I expect they will do the same next week, roll over and get their bellies tickled by Norwich. Redknapp will completely f**k it up for us too, Newcastle will smash QPR. Sunderland vs. Stoke I have no idea. Could be 7-0 either way that one. Swansea really don't seem that interested these days, I'd bet on Wigan winning that.

Tottenham 1-0 Southampton // Post-Match Reaction

I am worried BUT if we play like that against Sunderland and Stoke we will get some points. A very good performance without Morgan in a game I thought we'd get spanked in. 2 weeks in a row West Brom have shafted us. If they can get ANY kind of results next week at Norwich that should see us safe. -
Norwich might just be our saving grace. They have WBA at home and a trip to City. If WBA can get a draw, that should just about do it. The way we have played today though, we can get a result at Sunderland and at home to Stoke.

St Mary's to the Amex - 65 miles St Mary's to Vicarage Road - 83 miles St Marys to Selhurst Park - 85 miles Actually Brighton aren't really all that local.

Looking good at Staplewood against another U21 side in front of 2 men and a dog is one thing. Chucking them on at WHL when we're 2-0 down would be quite another. Hanging youngsters out to dry when they're not ready yet is the sort of thing 'Arry would have done.

Redknapp doing a very long interview from his car window, caused a triffik jam.

Be careful. The9 will be along in a minute to tell you we have a 2.36% of relegation, which has been changed to 1.85% because of the delayed kick off and increased to 3.41% because De Ridder is on the bench. Going back to my original question, I wouldn't mind Palace coming back up because they got shafted by the Skates in 2005. They like to think they sent us down by not bothering at the Hawthorns but it was Palace who went down because of that result.

Watford/Hull Brighton Palace Leicester I wouldn't mind Brighton just for a bit of (sort of) local derby spice. Other than that I'm not bothered. Poll mods?

Kick off delayed till 1530. FFS Guly!

Don't really see why De Ridder gets so much stick, he really hasn't looked that bad when I've seen him. I've seen much worse performances from the likes of Lallana, Gaston and Puncheon at times this season. Not suggesting he is better than they are but his faults seem to get a disproportionate amount of stick. Christ, anyone would think we had Anthony Pulis on the bench.

I'd love to see Saints come walking out to the Pink Panther theme tune.

I very much doubt they deliberately pulled up that sharply and they weren't trying to bank tightly either. The wing drop would be purely down to the stall. The people in those vehicles are just lucky the right wing stalled first. If it had been the left wing which dropped, the plane could well have come down on top of them. I'd go along with the badly loaded or loose cargo theory for something like this. Stab trim runaway is possible but less likely. RIP

Best Opposition Player At SMS This Season?
Lighthouse replied to View From The Top's topic in The Saints
Remember Huddlestone running the midfield for Spuds. Not Bale though, after he scored his goal he was very quiet. Pretty much anonymous in the second half. Lukaku would get my vote though, absolute monster. -
Sunderland will be without Sessegnon for the remainder of their games, including our trip up there. Will be a massive loss for them I think.

I do like the new shade of green this year though. Ironically Caterham have gone the opposite direction to QPR and replaced their experienced higher paid drivers (has beens if you ask some) with two 'kids' in Pic and Van der Garde.

He can't, the two need each other to exist. It's a symbiotic relationship. MLG feeds his need of constantly correcting people and proving he is more intelligent, by regularly pointing out how Dalek is wrong. Even though it is blindingly obvious to everyone else who have long since grown bored with Dalek and put him on ignore list. Dalek feeds his need to have completely pointless arguments by pretending to be stupid and deliberately posting things he knows are irritating, incorrect and/or controversial. Without each other, both posters lives would be completely devoid of all meaning. I think Attenborough made a documentary on it a few years ago.

As the season has gone on I've been less and less convinced that Lallana should be in our starting 11. A decent sub to bring on and mix it up a bit, like he did at Reading but there have been a lot of games when he has been a complete passenger. Worryingly it's not just a temporary thing or a recent drop in form, his whole season is peppered with none-performances. Not always bad, far from it, but he will have to deliver on a much more consistent basis to convince me he is a Premier League player.
-
I'd go with: Boruc Clyne - Fonte - Yoshi - Frazer Cork - Morgan Davis - JRod - Puncheon Lambert I think we will lose.
-
£12m plus £100k a week for 4.5 years I think the deal was. Nobody is going to buy him on that kind of wedge.
-
None. There isn't one player from either squad I would want. Remy is the only one who's talent grabs me but after walking out on Newcastle for more money, I think I can see where his priorities lie.
-
QPR are in a world of trouble. They've laid out £35m on Samba alone and have a squad full of sh*te players on massive contracts who don't want to be there. Even with Fernandes, they won't be able to spend their way out of that division. The only good news for them is that Redknapp will have quit by November.
