I just called them, they were happy to refund - they just need it in writing i.e via email. No quibbles at all. Pleasantly surprised as was expecting some resistance! Just a shame they didn't mention anything proactively as I'm sure some people will just write off the money - and most people need it more this time of year.

Has anyone requested a refund for this? I can't make the new date....hoping it's not going to be a ballache to get the money back...

I was at the Eastleigh - Enfield game at the weekend, and he was excellent. Was on the periphery to begin with but grew into the game and looked very confident. Scored a hattrick (albeit third was tenuous) and could have had more. Also created numerous chances. Got to do it now in the league I guess. Looked a class above everyone else on the field.

I live in the Midlands and this season have been away to Sunderland, Liverpool (semi-final), Man City, Hull and Stoke. All in all about 1000 miles travelled. Not much compared to some but would still have been nice to be considered equal to those who have pottered along for a few home games.

I ordered at 9am on Monday too, and got my tickets saturday, but it says "Upper Stand" on the tickets, even though I got them before they started selling tickets specifically for the upper tier - where are yours, out of interest? Does "Upper stand" refer to the back of the lower tier?

I'll be there, with 3 mates in the lower tier - recently moved to Derby so not too far for me either! Cannot wait, should be a great atmosphere from us.
