I didn't see the Norwich game but in the other two games there were long balls, but not just hoof from the CB's Allardyce long ball. Maybe it is a plan B to the pressing game as we have learnt that teams that defend are much harder to press. Hoof balls we don't seem to do too much. Tbh what classifies as a long ball these days for stats? Not a trolling thread at all either. A good footballing debate which is rare on this forum these days.

Wanyama has looked brilliant to me. Ok at Norwich he had a poor game but so did most of the team. Against Sunderland he was one of the best players on the pitch. Osvaldo has shown some very promising signs and will need time to settle in. Lovren looks a massive improvement as well. Still think we could do with one more signing to improve the creativity in the side. And to suggest Le Fondre is either p!ss poor trolling or pure thick. Very very happy with this window so far.

Thought he has been brilliant in the first two games. Morgan has been a bit poor this season. They both don't play well together.
