It depresses me how WUMs just derail thread and doninate the forum. We need a collective agreement to ignore them.

Great performance. Cork was sublime. I highly rate Wanyama but we really did benefit from Cork's quicker/better passing ability. It sped up the tempo somewhat. Really pleased to see Osvaldo play so well too. Special mention to Chambers. Was top draw. Our next English prodigy.

Clearly he has been adapting to the PL and has not been as bad as people would make out. He is beginning to settle which is a huge +

I'd play him. He hasn't had much of a chance this season so give him one. Start him with Osvaldo.

There is poor creativity in the middle of the park. Yesterday 77% possession and never got behind the back 4 once. No one can see that deadly through ball. Maybe Ramirez can be that player but I am not convinced sadly.

His main weakness is looking like a rabbit in the headlights and having no command over his defenders whatsoever.

Now that you started the thread we are bound to lose ffs.

We're sometimes too predictable with the ball and don't release it early enough. Don't get me wrong we are a fantastic side but if we had a player who could play that pass we would create many more clear cut chances. We didn't create enough for having 77% of the ball.

Don't see why it would detract from the high pressing. Sadly Gaston could have been that player but we all know he won't be.

Davis was sort of playing the role and to be fair had a great game. Just think a player with the knack of making killer passes would improve our attacking game drastically. Would love to see us get in behind more. Starting to sound like Tom Daley.

But surely having a creative midfielder would have created more clear cut chances. Can only see it improving the side.

Couldn't agree more. To have 77% of the ball and no get in behind is disappointing. Osvaldo is screaming for that killer pass. Freak game.
