  1. Have I woken up in a parallel universe ?
  2. Can't be, he has actually played in a professional match.
  3. In that context too is correct, as he is saying that he is referring to me as well as you.
  4. I am running out of ways to call you a fucking moron. Why do you persist in thinking you have hurt my feelings ? The main emotion you induce in me is pity, the same sort that you feel for a helpless injured animal. Just repost below this the amazing "gotcha" question that has gone unanswered and proves what an intellectual colossus you actually are.
  5. Game over. 4 hours and 38 minutes ago England were 65:1, and that time includes the tea interval. Sports Republic out !
  6. Will this be over today ?
  7. Nic never had the plot.
  8. Give up fuckwit, you aren't impressing, or persuading, anybody. You keep saying that people haven't "answered the points" but can't actually tell us what the bloody "point" was in the first place. And it isn't that your posts are so astutely phrased that we lesser mortals are missng the nuance, what you put up is so dense and incomprehensible that it would at times be generous to call it English.

    Russia

Russian soldiers have carried double edged shovels for close quarters combat since WW1. It is standard practice, and the weapon is known as the MPL-50.

Ukraine alone cannot acheive much, Ukraine with the right level of international political will can blunt Putin's expansionist amibitions. A well balanced alternative would take back some, if not most, of what Russia has occupied since 2014, and ensure that Russian aggression cannot be aimed at anybody else. Putin must have his claws trimmed, but left with a get out that doesn't embarass him completely.

As stated previously, Trump grows a pair. His problem is that he idolises 'strong' leaders; Putin, Xi, even Kim Jong Un, and likes to view himself as being their peer. The problem is that they are lifelong political animals, and have experience and manipulative skills he will never have.

You asked my opinion. Zelensky will never agree to this 'deal' - then what ?

Why should a 'robust agreement' so completely favour one side ?

I don't have access to the NSA, CIA, or Pentagon, so don't know where Putin's levers are, but you can be certain the Yanks do. As with anything else Trump does, underneath it all, he sees personal gain in this.

Trump could put real pressure on Putin, he just doesn't want to.
  17. Just a normal first day at the Perth test. 19 wickets today, 17 wickets against India.last November.

    Russia

No it doesn't. Russia gives up none of Luhansk or Crimea, gains the part of Donetsk it currently does not have, and retains that part of Kherson and Zaporizhia it occupies. What it gives back is small areas along the border elsewhere.

Minsk 2 ? The 'deal' includes conceding the unoccupied parts of Donetsk to Russia, no foreign 'boots on the ground' to enforce the demilitarised zone, and the £100Bn is much less than is needed to rebuild. . If one side in a conflict is forced to accept the terms of it's opponent, that is surrender.

Ukraine can win, if Trump grows a pair.
  21. "I'm a 'celebrity'". "Couldn't care less".

    Russia

Ukraine have been given a deadline to accept the US/Russia peace plan that they have had zero input to.
  23. Do we need another thread ? NDCSB discussion.
  24. But it does not "rise like Olympus above the Serengeti".
