  1. Since WW2 only David Cameron's 2010 GE victory has been with a majority of the votes cast, and even that was not a majority of the electorate.

And people get castigated for expressing sympathy for the Palestinians.... https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/cjrpnjpl39po
  3. 1) All parties are coalitions. 2) Somebody liked and voted for them otherwise people like Dianne Abbott would not be MPs. 3) How many people in the last 3 years have voted Conservative, either locally or nationally only to see their chosen candidate switch to Reform - a party they did not vote for ? There you go people are entitled to hold differing opinions. ( Yours are wrong, but you are entitled to hold them. 🙂 )
  4. Ultimately it is down to how the electorate cast their ballots in the next GE. If sufficient people vote for them they will form the next Government. Personally, I think a Reform Government would be the worst possible outcome, then again enough people voted for the economic harm that is Brexit.
  5. You mean other than being socialists, backed by the unions, proponents of public ownership, wanting higher taxes on wealth and Big Business, and quite possibly pacifist CND supporters ? I'm fairly sure that these things are already widely known.
  6. You are probably secretly mysogynistic as well. We really don't want the likes of you casting a ballot.
  7. Imagine if in a few years time we are running a "The Farage years, will the new broom sweep clean ?" thread.

  9. The current name in the frame is someone who had been at Saints on an intern placement from his course at Derby Uni, has also been at Forest, and is now at Villa.
  10. Conceded 81 for the last wicket. We'll probably lose at least 2 wickets wiping out their first innings lead.
  11. And the one name currently in circulation works for Aston Villa.
  12. Nothing has been proved, particularly whether the alleged "spy" has any current association wifh the club.
  13. Dear investigative panel, as you can clearly see from the match video, there is no way we could have gained any sort of advantage from alleged espionage.
  14. If somebody hands over their phone to show there is nothing untoward on it, can the panel then judge that stuff had been deleted, even if in fact it was never there ? It's not like the Police contacting the telecomms companies.
  15. Even if it was potentially an option, they can't award a forfeit as Hull and Millwall would kick off about Boro getting an unfair advantage.
  16. Do they have the right to demand them ?
  17. Or alternatively, the independant panel find it is all a load of bollox.
  18. How many potential batting and bowling points will we have thrown away before they are ruled inadequate ? How far adrift at the bottom of the table before anybody acts ? The problems are bloody obvious and run deep.
  19. Unless the EFL can expedite a verdict.
  20. As of 18 months after I took voluntary redundancy my Linkdin profile still said I worked for my last employer.
  21. Follwed by Rockwell's "Somebody's watching me".
  22. Nah, it will be like the one before.
  23. If, as been alluded, agent Salt is actually now associated with Aston Villa, could he not have been scouting potential transfer targets for them ?
