I think a Foreign Secretary with no grasp of geography pips her for the title. In Mad Nad's defence, ( did I really type that ? ), she probably had no idea that League was a different form of Rugger, what with it being "Northern". -

Why is the UK economy suffering more than other countries? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-61997353 "The obvious question posed to Mr Bailey was about a Brexit factor here. Economists predicted that Brexit would make the trade off between inflation and growth more difficult, both because of trade barriers and labour shortages. If forecasts of UK underperformance turn out to be true, then this would be consistent with a Brexit factor at play, making inflation more stubborn than elsewhere, and perhaps requiring interest rates to be hiked higher. A smaller pool of workers should mean the UK labour market is now less flexible. The British Chambers of Commerce yesterday implored the government to review urgently its shortage occupation list, as hotels and restaurants turned away clients amid staff shortages." -

Yes, but he hasn't apologised for, or even mentioned, the assaults, he only says that he has 'embarrassed myself". -
One of 2 things to happen: it acts as a distraction and locks part of the Ukrainian army along the border, or a military coup against Lukashenko.

Stories going round that Belarus is starting mobilisation of it's reservists. Also that the 'Governmemt' of Transnistra is asking for volunteers to sign up to fight for Russia.

Tory MP Chris Pincher resigns as a Whip because he "embarrassed" himself by getting drunk in the Carlton Club. No mention of the allegation that whilst pissed up he sexually assaulted 2 men. -
The Supreme Court seems set on a path to undermine as many Federal Agencies as possible by ruling that if the National Government had intended to give such agencies the ability to directly enforce legislation over States, it would have been explicitly written into the Law enabling the Agency. Without such explicit direction, Agencies such as the EPA are being told they have no power of enforcement if a State Legislature decides to ignore it.

Just to take one of his points; that NATO/EU should not have considered Ukraine as a member, as this would inevitably provoke Russia into action - rather that Ukraine, nominally independent, would exist as a 'buffer zone' neither in NATO/EU or under the direct influence of Russia. Of course this might, perhaps, be argued to be in the interests of both the West and Russia, but surely Ukraine has the right to self-determination ? He adds into this argument that Belarus is actually acting as such a buffer zone - no it isn't, it is a Russian puppet.

Being a tight git I am waiting for SNW to get to the end of it's run before taking up a 7 day trial through AMAZON so I can binge watch it. As for HALO, I watched the first episode when it aired on one of the ch5 channels a few days ago; there didn't seem to be much plot development, but there was a lot of shooting.

Apparently the highest successful run chase by a visiting team at Chelmsford, since Simon Harmer joined Essex, is 2. One claim about the ball changing is that they lost 2 with Felix Organ hitting balls out of the ground and into the river.

Not really annoyed by this, but why does the RNIB advert on TV have subtitles ?

Boris says Putin "would not have attacked if he was a woman". What this overlooks is that Putin would not be President of Russia if "he" was a woman.

The Kremlin has warned Ukraine that any attempt to retake Crimea would be a 'declaration of war'. Presumably they are currently engaged in a tea dance.
