And there was me thinking that the weeks only seem to go quicker because I am getting older.

To be fair, ( does he deserve it ? ), he only posts what he reads in the Tory press. It's not as if it's original thinking or analysis.

Yesterday morning I ordered a new mains charger. The website said that orders places before 2pm would be next day delivery. I have just received a message from Royal Mail, who have my parcel and will deliver it on Thursday. Who took Wednesday out of the week ?

What about our very own SWF member "Jeremy Corbyn" ?

Russia is said to be moving some of it's nuclear weapons to Belarus, a state with a GDP around that of Montana. Which is fair, because the US keeps a lot of it's nuclear arsenal in a State with the GDP of Montana.

At least 5 dead, including 3 pupils, at a Primary School in Nashville. Presumably if the teachers were armed it could have been averted.

Rest easy, Chris Smith and David Blunkett were Cabinet members under Tony Blair. -
I read that it was kit used for historical recreations being moved ready for a demonstration. Mind you, they are using WW1 era machine guns on both sides.

Shall we call a truce ? ( Unless you are being deliberately obtuse ). You hold a particular view, I hold a different one. We both have better things to do. -

85 incidents in 4 days. "“It’s no coincidence this has come off the back of the EU vote,” said a police source." -

Depends on how you define "a lot". Certainly enough for it to be a key demographic for Leave.EU to target. Again, I refer you to Farage's poster. Look back at the post referendum coverage of people telling suspected immigrants to "go back home"; https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2016/jun/27/sadiq-khan-muslim-council-britain-warning-of-post-brexit-racism -

Because that is my interpretation of the Brexit referendum and it's consequences. Can you answer that often posed question ? What are the tangible benefits that have manifested themselves as a consequence of the UK voting to leave the EU ? After all it is now approaching the 7th anniversary of the vote. -

Of course not, there are many reasons why people voted to leave the EU, but migration and freedom of movement played a significant part in the leave side's propaganda. Why do you think Farage produced his infamous poster about Turkey ? -

But they haven't cut off their nation's nose to spite it's face in a fit of xenophobic hysteria. -

Which, of course, had nothing to do with Boris Johnson, nor, as some would argue, the decline of the United Kingdom. -

Not sure he would ever vote for Braverman or Farage. -

It isn't what is explicitly said, it is how you expect it to be implicitly read. Braverman deliberately uses terms that will be inflammatory for a certain audience; "billions", "invasion", etc, just as Farage used his poster about the population of Turkey. They know, ( hopefully ), that what they say is factually inaccurate, but also know that a section of society will rabidly devour it. -

She wrote in the Daily Mail ; ""There are 100 million people displaced around the world, and likely billions more eager to come here if possible". https://www.dailymail.co.uk/columnists/article-11832523/SUELLA-BRAVERMAN-British-people-migrants-pouring-Channel.html -

Batshit conspiracy theories are not limited to the West. Apparently the HIMARS missiles are so accurate because they are homing in on people vaccinated with the Russian Sputnik COVID vaccine, due to American bio-engineering hacking the vaccine's production.
