  1. 63 clear, but only 32 away from losing the vote.
  2. 211 for, 148 against. Over 40% of his MPs have no confidence in him
  3. 52% in his favour, 48% against.
  4. Tory MP Natalie Elphicke said that the Vote of Confidence "is not due to a lack of confidence in the Prime Minister". What is it about then ?
  5. Graham Bradley has strongly hinted that the rule about no further challenge for a year might be removed.
  6. Boris' former boss, Max Hastings..... "The only people who think Boris is a nice guy are those who do not know him". Alistair Campbell........ "When you become the story, it is time to go."
  7. Nice to see all the Tory front benchers announcing their support for Boris ahead of a secret ballot
  8. Second page of the Jesse Norman letter
  9. He has to avoid a COVID fine first.
  10. How pathetic that the BBC feel compelled to apologise.
  11. Re (2): In my opinion Brexit is making things worse and exacerbating current issues. You mentioned the "current crisis" without indicating what factors we are currently experiencing constitute that "crisis". The advantage for the Government is that COVID and the war in Ukraine are proving very effective at concealing the underlying consequences of Brexit. Where are the tangible Brexit benefits ?
  12. "Roses are red, Your passport is blue. Go stand over there, In the non-EU queue" ( Blatantly nicked from another site ).
  13. 1) "Remainers" are not a homogenous group of lesser beings to be ridiculed and derided. 2) The current crisis is a result of war, covid, AND Brexit.
  14. A link to the Government's 'consultaion document' on Imperail measures; a couple of leading and biased questions that hardly warrants being called a 'consultation'. Is this truly what Brexit means to people ? https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/choice-on-units-of-measurement-markings-and-sales
  15. Yet again, so typical of you.
  16. Not sure where that was, but it sure isn't typical of my experience over 33 years.
  17. Like I said, sad, pathetic, and misinformed. However, let us consider the Public Sector workers; the Military, the Police, the NHS workers, teachers, children's social workers, and many more areas of over-worked and under-staffed essential services, where budgets are constantly being cut, and people hold perceptions of them like yours.
  18. I didn't know our finances were that bad.....
  19. A sad, pathetic, and misinformed trope. So typical of you.
