"For Russia. For the victory" After a few weeks in the sun it seems to have changed sides.....
-
Saints better win or it will spoil my birthday.
-
He said that if we don't apply strict sanctions then the Russians would spin it as 'the whole world being behind them', and effectively supporting the SMO. Try reading and understanding the posts you respond to.

This, with Valery left at Staplewood.
-
Use scissors.
-
A comment on the BBC; "Football historians will come, in time, to study the "Southampton effect" winning odd games against teams, never going on a run, and yet always being comfortably mid table with no one quite sure how they got there.."
-
Oh I know - calling Valery a "defender" in the first place is stretching a point.
-
How can you nominally play 3 CBs and yet give so many free headers inside the box ?
-
Depends if Bednarek scores.
-
But there should be better alternative camera angles to look at the possible deflection.
-
This. If JWP goes down like a sack of spuds the moment he feels a touch on his shoulder then the attacker never gets high enough for the header.
-
"Dingles" is what we call the sheep shaggers from Bumley up here in Lanky.
-
The only comfort that might be taken is that the Dingles will be only 1 point behind Everton after tonight.
-
When your only 2 attacking efforts are Romeu headers there is something not quite right.
-
For the Dingles, yes.

And the gymnast with an embroidered "Z" on his outfit on the medal podium.

OK, responding to both your points; 1) Perhaps the instigation of a putsch/coup by destabilising the country is what the West are aiming for - it is the logical solution. If everybody hurts, eventually they will start questioning the bollocks that state media is spouting and start to realise the reality of the situation, especially the family and friends of those who have been converted into sunflower fertiliser. 2) The entire country has to be seen as an international pariah. As I posted earlier, if they come out and condemn Putin and his SMO then the Russian media will simply twist it as them being forced to deliver a false narrative - yet more evidence of the West's anti-Russian campaign.
-
Every other post you put on here, and especially the Blasphemy thread, says otherwise.
-
Try accepting that YOU ARE NOT THE FOUNT OF ALL WISDOM AND MORALITY ! ( Capitalisation deliberate )
-
Other than Vlad himself, who else woul;d you sanction ? Remember, it has to hurt enough to convince them that the "special military operation" might actually not be such a good idea as it seemed at the outset.
-
The narrative in Russia would simply be that the Western conspiracy has led to their athletes being blackmailed into renouncing their heritage. You have to remember that exposure to non-state controlled media outlets is practically non-existent. The vast majority of the Russian population believe that they are fighting a war of liberation to free their Slavic brethren from expansionist NATO/EU aggression aimed at destroying Russia's national identity.

The United Kingdom and the Death of Boris Johnson as we know it.

Ian Blackford is enjoying the fact that the Speaker has ruled that in this debate, on the specifics of Partygate, MPs are permitted to call the PM a liar. -

"Steve Baker tells the story of a constituent who didn't get to see his wife of 50 years in a care home before she died, because of lockdown rules. "What am I to say to that man?" the Tory MP asks. "I could say... you and I are Christian men and forgiveness is hard. "[But] I don't want to forgive him. I do not want to forgive our prime minister." After further blistering condemnations of the boss he says he helped get into power, the Tory MP says if he was in any other job, the PM would be "long gone". He adds: "Having watched the contrition... it only lasted as long as it took to get out of the headmaster's study, and that's not good enough for me, and that's not good enough for my voters. "I have to say now the possibility [of forgiveness] has gone... and for not obeying the letter and the spirit, the prime minister now should be long gone. "The prime minister should just know the gig's up."" ----------------------- "William Wragg, Conservative MP and Chair of the Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee, says he cannot hide his views "without ever more elaborate disguises". He says he decided the prime minister "was no longer fit to govern" when the government's winter 2021 press conference on Covid restrictions was moved earlier to move the conversation on from the leaked video of Allegra Stratton joking about a party in Downing Street. He says he knows that Tory MPs are "struggling at the moment" as the party "bears the scars of misjudgements of leadership". There are few Conservatives who can "truly enjoy" being an MP at the moment, and he says it is "utterly depressing" to be asked to "defend the indefensible". "Each time, part of us withers," he states. "We must stop delegating and delaying our political judgement," he says people only have a limited amount of integrity, and it cannot be spent on someone who "we can't be sure will not let us down". Parliament "should be venerated" by MPs who are "given the honour" to represent those in the areas they are from."
