Cook them on the burning bush.
  3. The BBC asking "Who is your UK sportswoman of the 21st century ?". We are only a quarter of the way through. The best of the century might not be born for another 25 years

Roll up, roll up, to the Biblical theme park. Have your wife turned into a piller of salt, drown Egyptians in the sea, watch children be massacred, see the special Passover crucifixions, recreate the fall of Sofom and Gomorrah, try your strength and see if you too can bring the temple crashing down like Samson, blow on Joshua's trumpet ( but stand well clear of the walls ).
  5. Do you think he has a secret stash of black shirts in his wardrobe ?
  6. Seeing so many motorway bridges decked out with flags celebrating the life of a Turkish mercenary who fought in the Roman army. We are such a welcoming country for people from overseas.
  7. As I wrote, "As I write this....". Earlier of the top 12 stories on the cricket home page, the 12th was related to the one day cup, being the running scorecard of the Gloucs/Hants match. 10 of the other 11 were related to the Hundred. It's as if they are trying to kill interest in List A cricket.
  8. As I write this, there is no report on today's one day cup matches on the BBC sports website, just something written before today outlining what the potential outcomes might be. Wall-to-wall coverage of the Hundred though.
  9. The Hundred is a waste of time and effort.
  10. Either Still has been told that Bazunu is our #1 and to suck it up, or Still and the GK coaches think he is good enough to be #1. Either way, it doesn't reflect well on the management in the dressing room or the Boardroom.
  11. Or a third choice keeper who hopefully never gets to the bench. I honestly can't see us even making the playoffs with the clowns running our recruitment making the new signings.

Don't you understand, those intensive care patients were a clear and obvious threat to the IDF, lying on their beds with intravenous drips.
  13. In the 12 months to June 2025, 49 thousand people crossed the channel in small boats, whilet in total there were nearly 1 million immigrants to the UK.
  14. Keep the faith lads.

  18. Currently I don't see any other team as a "promotion rival".
  19. Along with Donnie's creep towards putting the US under military control, Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been given a choice; accept a guilty plea on the charges he faces, with deportation to Costa Rica after serving his sentence, or be forcibly deported to Uganda.

https://www.politico.eu/article/tulsi-gabbard-freeze-five-eyes-allies-on-ukraine-intel/ "U.S. Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard is blocking America's closest intelligence allies from receiving updates on Russia-Ukraine peace talks in a shock move that upends decades of tight cooperation. That effectively cuts America's Five Eyes partners — the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand — out of the loop, stunning the intelligence community that has relied on the network since the end of World War II. In a July 20 directive signed by Gabbard, reported by CBS, the U.S. intelligence community was given orders to classify all analysis and information related to the Russia-Ukraine peace negotiations as "NOFORN," or no foreign dissemination, meaning the information cannot be shared with any other country or foreign nationals." “It is quite a sad read,” one European intelligence official said of the latest Gabbard decision, after being granted anonymity to speak candidly. “We don’t feel it yet, but it is not a good direction. It is said [Gabbard] is strongly pro-Russian.”
  21. Pete Hegseth has sacked the head of US military intelligence after a Pentagon report into the attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities claimed that the damage had only set things back "a few months", rather than supporting Donnie's assertion that the sites had been "completely destroyed".
