I was speaking from experience of trying to integrate local IT systems with Central Government ones. Nothing to do with Coronavirus directly, merely stating that the increased use of remote working and remote services has led to some procedural and timetable changes to legislation already in the pipeline. I would be most worried about this purely on the basis that it is a Government IT project.
