  1. Underwhelming signing, but how much would it actually take for a goal scorer to be an improvement over Carillo & Long ?
  2. You always fall back on insults.
  3. The EU has been importing US gm soy for years, the latest agreement is nothing new.
  4. Can't be FF, it's moving too quickly.
  5. Trump was inaugurated on 20th Jan 2017, when the Euro was at $1.07, it is now at $1.16, a gain of 8%. In the same period the Euro has gained 5% against the £.
  6. Neighs
  7. Probably just an example of arguing with idiots and being dragged down to their level.
  8. Perhaps you could have made that clear - your post, in isolation, seems to be trying to add the level of Euro zone QE expenditure to the list of failed arguments against the EU. Given your record, it is an easy misunderstanding to make.

  10. The Euro zone population is approx 5 time the UK's, so per capita that's about evens.
  11. Do you believe that all the promised benefits from leaving will materialise ? ( I'll allow the £350million per week to slip by under the radar ).
  12. Are you the b@stard son of Dean Friedman ?

  14. When will l'Equipe start their sniping and insinuation against G ?
  15. Will that prediction be as successful as the one you made about Deutsche Bank in post #8?
  16. The FT's take on the 'deal' gives a different slant; "In a victory for Mr Juncker, it puts further tariffs — including Mr Trump’s threatened 20 per cent levy on auto imports— on hold while talks proceed. Yet it is unclear what the US president gets out of it other than a short-term political win at a time when he is under fire over his trade policies at home.*" https://www.ft.com/content/efc1bb08-90f1-11e8-b639-7680cedcc421
  17. Austin, ( injured more often than match fit ), and Long, ( his only 'strength' is winning freekicks, when he isn't offside ), are unlikely to reach double figures between them, so unless Gabbi miraculously turns into a 'worldie', we will again be fairly blunt up top. I think this is more of a worry than the defence, especially if Bertie finds his mojo again.
  18. "F()ck veterinary inspections and food standards." ?
  19. The stream of replies to his tweet makes interesting reading, my favourite response is this one Mind you, GM might agree with his proposal, given his labelling of anti-Brexiteers as 'traitors'.
  20. When I am King, you will be first against the wall, with your opinion which is of no consequence at all.
  21. The Government have apparently made a horlicks of translating it's proposals into EU languages, and even the Welsh version has grammatical errors. It seems, according to BBC R4 this evening, that they might even have been using Google translate to do the work for them. https://www.euractiv.com/section/uk-europe/news/translations-of-british-brexit-plan-provoke-ridicule/?utm_term=Autofeed&utm_campaign=Echobox&utm_medium=Social&utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1531974460 https://www.ft.com/content/bc3153b0-8c10-11e8-b18d-0181731a0340
  22. It's not a case of making it "as frictionless as possible", it's more the case that it will be more porous than a colander.
  23. Which means that a 'hard' or 'no deal' Brexit is impossible.
  24. It would be absolutely impossible to police and control.
