those at the FA are equally to blame it started when they insisted on man united going to that world club competition in the late 90's/early 2000's (cant remember when exactly) and they were unable to defend it also, it has not been the last game of the season, the show piece event that marks the end for clubs in England. Instead, the race for 4th and 17th has taken over. Not to mention the ridiculous 1715 kick off time. oh and having the semi finals at wembley is a sham also, the very poor number of tickets given to each club that makes the final. in a stadium that holds 90k, each club will be lucky to get 25k each. which is pathetic. they need to give the FA cup back to the traditional fans. Granted not everyone is a fan these days but they way it is, more and more will turn off
