Ray Wilkins was kicking off about England yesterday. Started off thinking he has been on the sauce but he actually made some sense.
He was hyper critical of the players saying they are bottlers. Too many English players in the country are bottlers.
He ripped into the likes of Walcott, Chamberlain, Loftus-Cheek and such like. saying not only are they failing the country, they are failing themselves. They should not go out on loan, they should have demanded to be sold a long time ago. He stated that they should go to clubs like southampton, west ham and stoke where they would play most weeks and shine. Not sit on their respective benches stealing a living.
He said he was saddened that about 3 players from the U21s that won their competition will actually feature fairly regularly for their premier league clubs with too many happy on their disgusting fat contracts and never playing (or happy to be sent out to Vitese)
