that is what I am saying. throw in X many membership cards (say 6000) at £25 a pop. then lower ticket prices for a portion of the ground. win/win if you dont pay £25 for a membership card, you may not get one of these cheaper tickets....which you had to pay £25 to be in a chance with anyway
