Can only guess is that their quick passing (at times, 1 touch) goad our midfielders moving around a lot and creating the space. A few times, they got in a bit of space around 40 yards from goal. But that is how MP sets his teams up. To win the mi field battle. Also, did not help that in the first half, every time Vic made a challenge, he was penalised. The red was poor for both teams IMO Mane went down easy when clean through. But if the red gives us a free kick, it should have been red... He allows Bertrand to get away with a nasty challenge and then give tadic a yellow for his first real offence (pulling a shirt) after he was getting kicked all afternoon. Mane like to hit the deck very easily mind.

We lost the midfield battle today. From the very first minute. They were quick with their passing and moved all over the pitch. They were better than us today. No shame in that We still created a few chances, but you can't miss sitters like that in this league. Horrendous miss. Forster looked shaky for the first time. Tadic was wasteful and although Pelle had little to go with, I felt he offered nothing as a target man away from home. Never mind. We caught them when it clicked. Some good fixtures coming up
