Before he was dropped id have taken Gerrard every time.

I think Lampard got a new lease of life after AVB dropped him.Got the kick up the ass he needed and imo upped his game.I wasn't too keen on him prior ,now i think he lives up to his tag.I'd take him over Gerrard

but £1m in league 1 ,was alot of money (worth every penny and then some i hasten to add).

hmm New Forest or London.I really do not understand the interest in London .I've been there many times and you couldn't pay me enough to actually live there it is a total dump (even the so called nice areas).Yeah fine for a bit of designer shopping but its hardly like we're a long way from there.

From the little ive seen and the fact we have made a good offer(which would suggest our scouts have watched him very closely for a period of time).I think he is just what we are after .He's young ,a beast of a midfielder a little raw and rough around the edges by no means the finished article ala all of our targets . 12m seems like a bargain to me.Plus the thought of taking a big clubs star player fills me with excitement and hope of the bold new era SFC are in (and yes Celtic are a big club). Vic and Spider in midfield could be a colossal partnership,with a very good back up in Cork. He can only get better and increase his value.

For those who don't think we should sign him ,who would you have us going for? I think he looks great and at 12m a good price. Looks to have all the tools right age and is only going to improve, and I would imagine we have been watching him closely for a while.

He's a winner I see nothing but success under The Don. I'm sure the word failure has been removed from his vocabulary.

4th all day long. To finish 4th would be a far greater achievement than winning the cup.To finish in the top 4 will need a major step up in quality from where we are now,whereas we could take a step back in terms of quality and still win the cup.
