Mick and BTF these are truelly awful scenarios to endure. It would be my worst nightmare and I like you would rather the wife made the decision for me. My only concern is if the decision is taken out of the hands of families or if bad advice is given. The worst scenario would be if less caring families opted for the route of convenience.
