Southampton FC @SouthamptonFC #SaintsFCU21s team vs @NUFC : Smith, Flannigan, McCarthy, Turnbull, Targett, Gape, Reed ©, Rowe, Seager, McQueen, Gallagher.
-
This. Don't get any of this 'support the English teams in europe' nonsense
-
England Squad? Or irrelevant tat? You decide...

Strange how Gibbs is in there but Glen Johnson isn't -
Barring injuries same team as started vs Newcastle but MS in for JWP. Just target Demichelis, JR could have a field day running at him
-
Fonte, Chambers, Rodriguez and Boruc all contenders for most improved IMO
-
Morgan should be back for this which is a massive boost, Lambert in better form now too. Hopefully we can come away with something, don't believe city are all they're made out to be
-
He didn't with saints player/solent if that's what you were thinking
-
Cork is out as well though, swap him for JWP
-
Mauricio Pochettino: “This is a very good chance to bring in young players and give them the experience of facing a big team.” #saintsfc Hint that Reed will be involved I think. Can't see him changing the system, but it'll be where abouts he would start Davis, JWP and Reed (if he does). Also depends on Gaston being fit who seems to be a bit of a doubt too (4-2-3-1) Boruc Clyne Fonte Lovren Shaw Davis Reed JWP Lallana Rodriguez Lambert

We're going to get bullied in midfield if VW, JC and MS are all out!

Why so many rumours about our best players leaving?

Yet another! sigh... http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2585223/THE-TRANSFER-COLUMN-Moyes-chasing-Lovren-bids-rebuild-United-defence-Monaco-say-Falcao-not-sale.html -
Did Pochettino not go? Watching the U21s I guess
-
The game is Sunday so plenty of time for him and Chambers to recover, both likely to be on the bench anyway
-
Saints twitter and facebook pictures gone back to colour logo rather than the black and silver one. Little things like this are all hints, remember the gold crest in a club statement last season - we've got this change of avatar, home & heart picture etc.. to me shows we'll probably get a red&white kit next season. whether thats stripes or something else we don't know, but it'll make sense with what happened with all the hints similar to this last year. Some seem to think NC already decided on an all red one before he left - could they not just cancel that if true?
-
Could this new Director of Sport/Football be John Williams? just a thought
-
Think its looking very unlikely that aap3 will be the sponsor next season. Question is, will it be one of our existing ones like Eterna or Sunseeker? That recent interview with RK about 3 new sponsorship candidates is interesting, but will one of them be used for the kit? who knows?...

Struggle to see what Carroll provides that Lambert doesn't. Rickie has earnt it, thoroughly deserves to go for me. Carroll has been far too in and out this season Rodriguez will just miss out IMO but he's improving all the time, expect him and many other current Saints players to be in the Euro 2016 squad

I know it may seem a bit stalker-ish, just interested to know what they drive, always have been for some reason
-
Knew that one as well actually! such a nice car
-
I live just around the corner from the training ground and often see the players driving in and out of there. Was wondering who drives what because its always quite obvious when its a player but I only know some of them.. Lallana - White Porsche (ADZ 131) Fonte - White Bentley (F6NTE) Clyne - Grey/Green Bentley Gaston - Blue Mustang (think he has a range rover/land rover as well?) Hooiveld - Matte black Mercedes Boruc - black Porsche Sorry if its not relevant to this main board but its something I'm quite interested in If anyone knows any others please post them on here
-
Gallagher has been subbed off at HT as well...

Saw this in an article in the Echo about Krueger.. In terms of next season’s kit, where many people would like to see the club revert to stripes, Krueger said it was too early to know how that would evolve. But he insisted he is keen to listen to what supporters want. “I see my responsibility as the communication, that is my primary goal, and one of the things is to bring the history back,” he said. “We will give the fans a forum to communicate with us. The interactive communication with the fans is something you will feel very quickly, but let it be honest. “We are not coming in to be applauded and for everyone to say ‘super’. Let us know what you are thinking.” I think this is good to hear, personally I'm not sure about going back to stripes but would love a Keegan style kit to make us unique. Let's wait and see...

With Cork out for a few weeks and Wanyama a doubt, I'd start Davis or JWP alongside Schneiderlin and give Gaston a go ahead of them
-
Who I'd want to go down: West Ham (They won't go down, but I can't stand them) Sunderland (Poyet has made me hate them, as well as them being our bogey team) Norwich (don't have too much against them but there are plenty more clubs I'd prefer stay up)
