It's Ralph's job to increase commercial income and improve the value and brand of the club. He's doing OK on that front It's the football side (recruitment,1st team and academy) that's been managed badly and that's all on les reed

Joined in January after hull won just one league game in the previous 18 (that one win was against us) Silva somehow gave them a sniff of survival and won 6 games including a 2-0 win over Liverpool. Hull were dead (worse than we are now) had a shoe string squad and a owner that didn't give a **** (sound familiar?) the fact he gave them even a glimmer of hope was superb
