Picture this scenario, Ronald leaves and lands a big job which obviously excludes Everton and De Boer joins Saints, will pay good money to read the Everton message boards then.

I might have misheard but I thought I heard on Talksport this afternoon that Ronald sais he is happy at Southampton, or is this old news?.

Perhaps this will give him a bit more confidence and help improve his performances.

Despite the fact that he has a year left on his contract I would of thought that Les and co would not be happy letting him run down that year as that hardly constitutes a plan for the future. If he will not sign a new contract we might as well get a new guy in the summer with some commitment for the next 3 or more years who can build on what we have already acheived.

Plus Vvd proving himself and signing long term contract. Shane Long and Romeu. Wins against the big clubs. Staying in the top 8. Minus Performance in cups and Europe. Classie, Soares, Jwp, No decent backup for Forster. Ronald not signing a contract extension yet.

Don't think the Everton job would be the step up that Ronald would be tempted by, tbh unlike Joey Barton on Talk Sport today I personally don't even think it is a step up.

You don't come across as as bullshi**er and I would love for this rumour to be true, but after hearing a lot less incredible rumours on here over the years that have never materialised I have to be sceptical, but thanks for sharing, and if you are proved to be right I'm sure you will be given rhe freedom of Saintsweb.
