You say that but I only ever see armed police at airports or the big London train/tube stations and even then there are just a couple of them wandering about. I was at the O2 a couple of weeks ago that was full of thousands and not one copper to be seen. It only takes our intelligence to make one slip.

Pelle, looked much better, well taken goals especially 2nd which was well worked with Tadic. Tadic, spoilt his chances of a penalty by doing the theatrical stuff again, it was a penalty so no need to try and get a Bafta. Open goal, trying to do it pretty again, overall better game though. Mane sending off, bad decision, good job it didn't cost us, hopefully we'll appeal it. Much much better this week. Observation, what a crazy season in the Premiership generally, can't work out if it has been exciting or just plain odd.

Just for your information, not everyone on hear accepts mediocrity, some of us do really want Saints to be replicating what a similar size club like Leicester are acheiving, some of us would love to see us doing a victory lap at Wembley holding up a cup and some of us would be made up to see us progress in a European cup competition. If you think losing at Bournemouth and scraping a draw at home to Sunderland is acceptable........fine, that's up to you, but if our manager and the board share your view god help us.
