  1. I'll be celebrating by purchasing my two season tickets today, while you're knocking one off, over your keyboard... (sh !t, why did I take you off ignore...)
  2. What you are saying is that it was good that he only raped the creditors, when he could have murdered them as well...
  3. Spout ****** and spread fear to gullible losers like you and Crouch, to grab money for a wage bill that was paid by the sale of two players in the end, and trouser the cash, more like....
  4. By charging three times more than they should have, by wasting their time with people like Pinnacle, despite having no evidence of funds and taking Crouch's million for fees rather than the salary bill they claimed it was for. The waste of time meant that we were forced to sell our two best players and at the end of the day, they had a higher offer from another consortium with money on deposit. Steve, they did a cr @p job and if I was a creditor, I would be very p! $$ed off. I assume the bucket collectors must be pleased with what happened to the donations Fry was begging for. F***ing bullsh !tting wide-boy...
  5. You obviously weren't a creditor, eg a small local business owed money....nor do you have a clue what their responsibility was. Just to help...it wasn't to find a new, rich owner, for a selfish and clueless fan like you....
  6. Read it again: MARK Fry’s bill for being in charge of selling Saints could be close to half a million pounds.
  7. Good news for the partners of Begbies Traynor. Their revenues have risen by 29% to £62.1 million in the year ending April 2009, The Times reports today. That figure doesn't include the £1.5M they have taken from Southampton Leisure Holdings plc, three times the estimated cost of the administration. That figure must be in inverse relation to their competence. They wasted weeks with a total bunch of time wasters in Pinnacle and at the end, managed to p!$$ off a rival consortium who had offered MORE than Liebherr. Regular readers of my posts will recall what I think of this profession and they haven't failed to live up to my opinion. Snatched £1M more than they should have from the creditors while doing a cr @p job.
  8. I expect him to sit in the Directors Box AND pay for a season ticket. A few home defeats and the resulting death threats from a couple of our fans will be enough reason to convince him of the need to surround himself with the prawn salad brigade.
  9. THREE BILLION EUROS....
  10. I think the word "thieves" is a bit strong, TBH. I prefer the term "crooks"...
  11. I'm devastated that none of you homo's have thought about apologising for the abuse I got.....I haven't slept since Ed Rooney called me an asterisk...
  12. Broken hearted by being dumped by his girlfriend, the main character goes home to rearrange his record collection. Nerd that works at his store pops round and asks what our hero is doing and is told he is....rearranging his record collection. "Chronologically?", nerd asks. "Autobiographically", he is told...... Nerd says "......Cool....."
  13. You really had to watch/read "High Fidelity", to get it, TBF...
  14. I waited until 8:30PM and then decided to go home and re-arrange my Saints programme collection, autobiographically, instead....
  15. I think it may be worth someone starting a new thread, in appreciation of Mrs. Slocum's dead pussy....
  16. Of course, what you should have done is boycotted your vet, until your cat got better...
  17. It may be the end, but I can't see it, myself. I am sure that there will be someone, somewhere, with enough money, plus affection, for the club, who will rescue it. There must be one special memory that every Saints fan has, that will demonstrate just what a great club we have/had. Maybe if we post what it means to us, someone will understand what the club is about and step in to keep it alive. My greatest memory was my first ever visit to the Dell. My twin brother and I were about six and as was usual in our house in Weston Lane, at the time, Mum gave us money for the bus and sent us on our way. As my Mum had never gone to the Dell herself, she thought is must be just like the County Ground, where we often went during the summer and she gave us picnic seats to take with us. We carried these into the ground and quickly found out that with 25,000 fans, there was little room to put them and even standing up and seeing anything was going to be a problem. As soon as we were in the ground though, we were lifted up by the people in front of us and passed from shoulder to shoulder, until we were at the front, our heads level with the running track. Our folding seats followed and were left in front of us, on the cinder track. I cannot remember the game, the score or the opponents. All I remember is being passed from fan to fan, floating forward to a position where we could see every kick and thinking, this is the club for me. It took me in as a child and looked after me and my brother. The fans, that's all the club has ever meant to me. They are the only constant and the best fans in the world....and anyone that comes in will find the same. Look after the fans and everything will follow...they looked after me and will look after others that need it. Ask Ron Davies....
  18. So a pint's out of the question then, Neil? Ah well, maybe the Swiss will soften the blow, instead. As far as "Tony Lynam and the Poisoned Chalice", that sounds more like the new Harry Potter movie than the takeover of a football club. In fact Tony's story from day one sounded more like a Harry Potter story, TBF. I don't think owning Southampton Football Club is any more poisoned than any other club. It is pretty well known that if things aren't done in the way fans want, then things get ugly for the owner, even with clubs like Man U and Liverpool. Tony and Matt's biggest problem is that they had f*** all money between them, to control events. Still, one thing is certain. No one in business in the Southampton area will be tempting Tony back to do anything involving investment, for a long while. I just hope the reputations of Matt and the S4R charity, both of which, IMO, Tony used for PR purposes as much as he could, are not tainted by this series of unfortunate events. Good luck to the both of you and I hope we meet up soon...
  19. Alpine, I was going to post a witty and thoughtful rejoinder to your post, but I pondered a few seconds and thought, "F*** it" and came up with this, instead. Mate, you're a total mug... You're now on ignore until further notice. You have been warned...
  20. I believe you owe me a pint or two. Why not come with Tony tonight and buy me one? I have a feeling, if the Swiss don't close today, I'll need a drink or three... Just to remind you..... 02-06-2009, 12:32 AM No, I know it's not your style John, but I was in fact referring the following post from your "Don't Bother to Read the Echo Today" thread, and I quote.... Don't worry about the apology now though, nor indeed when the cheque is handed over. I'll settle for a pint or three sometime though. Mine's an HSB please
  21. When Jackson was asked by Meridian TV in April of last year, who was behind his bid for Bournemouth, Jackson responded... "That is something that, really and honestly, will never be answered properly and completely."
  22. The club picks you, Stu, as you well know. I wish I'd had enough sense to boycott the last couple of seasons, but I'm like a moth to a flame. Let's hope this mug will be able to buy another season ticket. How about you? Had enough yet?
  23. He's having dinner with me tomorrow night....
  24. Ted waving goodbye to Tony Lynam You have to laugh, don't you? What a f***ing football club.....
