As always, wages will have a say in where he goes.

Didn't he used to live with the singer from Kajagoogoo?
-
Is that a euphemism?

I have met his old buddy Greg Lake. Also very pleasant to chat to.

From what I remember they didn't spend too much money on production.

Met Paul Gambercini at Gard du Nord several years ago. I was with my ex wife and step daughter and he came up and asked about the time of the train. Had a pleasant chat while waiting for the Eurostar to turn up.

Stewart Copeland didn't think so. Put Sting Is a C***** on his bass drum apparently.

Did you get her number?

Many years ago our kids football team had a trip to see Crystal Palace v Rotherham. Johnny "Budgie" Byrne was playing for Palace at the time and took us around the dressing room introducing us to all the players. Called Budgie because he liked to chat apparently! Top bloke. I bumped into Tommy Doherty in the corridor (manager of Rotherham at the time) and asked for his autograph but he told me to go away. Git.

I used to live fairly near Ronnie Corbett. Never met him but a friend of mine held a door open in a shop for him and Corbett completely blanked him. My Dad was stood next to Ian Botham at a bar at La Manga. A kid asked Botham for his autograph and Botham told him to f off as he was too busy!

I am not interested in insulting you Sarnia. I just wish you could see that we are not ignorant Brits and that there is a massive issue about misuse of guns in the USA.

GoT is amazing in the way that it just keeps continuing to build and build on the story lines. Agree that last night was breath-taking and apparently the series finale is going to blow away anything before it. Best thing on tv by miles for me at the moment.

I don't think the amount we spend this summer is important. It is who we spend it on that matters.

Osvaldo in the news for all the wrong reasons... again
sadoldgit replied to Saint-Armstrong's topic in The Saints
He will be out of the door soon enough. Not one of our finest signings. -
Where was my opinion? I don't know. I have never seen it so I have never had an opinion on it. I can also tell you that when I was at Wembley in 1976 while we were winning the cup not once did I give a thought to Portsmouth FC. Nor did I give them any thought days after. It was the biggest moment in the clubs history in my lifetime - why would I be thinking of another football club?

Shouldn't really be laughing though - it could well happen!

Crisped up with pancakes, chopped cucumber and hoisin sauce - cant go wrong!

Wilshire was supposedly signing anti Spuds songs with the Arsenal supporters yesterday. Not as bad but players of today have no class. If there isn't there should be something in their contracts about code of conduct and their expected behaviour. As employees of the club they are ambassadors of the club and a certain level of behaviour should be expected. I remember the shame when Steve Moran was accused of rape all those years ago. I wonder if Leicester will have the b@lls to sack the players concerned? Pearson must be so proud of his son.

Koeman says that the delay is down to Clyne changing his agent and that he expects him to sign this week. I'll guess we shall see!
