The problem , even when I was playing , is the corner flag getting in the way ! As I see it they are making room to swing their leg at the ball . This season I have seen the lino make the taker move the ball an inch or two so part of the ball was over the outside edge of the line. The main problem with the corner was Ings moving out the way of the ball , Mc Carthy had gone over his line having tried to push an attacker out of his way but failed !

ManU is all about USA business school management. You buy company with massive borrowing, you put numerous members of your family on the board with massive salaries. The “club” pay massive interest on debt , then you do global commercial bit then you try to buy a few players to keep it all in play, worst case scenario is you sell it for billions and retire very rich .

Apparently the huge sponsership deals with the owners airline were to make the books look good and they also inflated other commercial deals. This I assume gives them plenty of leeway under FFP rules about not running at a loss and ability to spend .

If they get rid of mm offside decisions then excellent . They can deem a player onside if they are level as before say if their bodies are overlapping for example. Their suggestions they have made is that they won't go to VAR unless it is a clear and obvious mistake , which we were led to belive was the original cocept of VAR. The other area that is unclear the checking of penalties , they are saying now that if VAR has to look at 6 or 7 camera angles then it is not clear and obvious so the Ref's decision will decide .

Verdict VAR is just as bad so scrap it now.
