We just need someone who can bring the squad together with a positive mindset and make normal substitutions. That would be a start. Why have Aribo, Edozie and Matsuki been excluded for example. 3 players who we could do with right now.

The Stephens for Scienza sub was a sackable offence in it's own right. Time to part ways and get a proven championship manager in. Someone like Mowbray would do for me.
