I was under the impression that as soon as he couldnt pay an invoice he was legally bound to put us in to liquidation? Surely if he cant pay the staff we are unable to pay for electricity or any other base cost.
-
Are you Incider Bob? No it's just the way i talk. I went on and got as many user names from posters on here I could in conversation with David Armstrong after we won at Derby last season.Lol
-
but we are on here and in general.
-
what happened about GM's letter to Monaco and the claim for them plundering the city?
-
That is just a myth. if a pompey shirt had been buried under the centre circle the grass would have grown at a quicker rate as it thrives in sh##.

I cant believe that there has been so many deadlines, how many times has he said in the next 24hrs etc ? I also cant believe how much slack we are giving him, if it was the board there would have been marches arranged by now.Is it a case we feel so trodden on that we have just given up? It seems a curse has decended on us and we cant shake it off, and to have the braggers down the road having their new owners announced the same time is a real killer. Ps The Cherries will be back into admin very shortly.

Apparently they had a second look at the training ground as late as yesterday, probably in their rear view mirror as they raced to get to the M27 so they could get away from us as fast as they could. What doesnt sit right, the Irish interest and their alleged deposit or just that the deal is going to fail or something more ominous?
-
It was comical, some of the contributors were ok though
-
that is sad news as well. The curse of SMS strikes again.
-
i dont know the exact reasons , just that some were unhappy due to that.Perhaps due to the bank holiday etc the dd's were due.
-
thank you for underlining that I didnt say you would not be bought. Read what I said and it is correct.
-
To be fair as i said before if you are a very rich man it doesnt matter if it is 100 or 200m you go and buy it if you want it. Some would not accept that being the case when it was stated that RL was stopping us from being sold.A really wealthy man would just pay up even if it was too highly priced.
-
No but I suggest that time is a problem as there is a time when the league will want to know our situation pre the fixtures, also us getting out of administration with a CVA so we dont get docked more points.
-
some of the staff were very upset when the funds did not arrive and then their DD's not paid and returned.Iexpect the poor sods have no choice but shrug their shoulders and hope for the best. The 4 parties is an interesting quote. I doubt Fry is holding back for a week to help them though but perhaps to get a few more quid for his creditors.
-
Yep, Im glad they did.
-
So his next 48hrs have now moved to a week. I havent had a call since ther meeting by the way.
-
yes that could be the case.I dont understand why fans are on Fry's side he is the one who is driving the deal one way or other. He is not saving us he is about to divide and get rid of us.Excuse me if i dont lie down and worship him for it. He has played the waiting game expecting a big offer to come in, that is his choice but it looks as he will come very short for the very people he is working for.I doubt his reputation is enhanced.
-
Of course I know he is expected to do best for his creditors.Do you think the club being wound up has done so????
-
The case that he didnt accept the bid that was sitting in front of him a few weeks ago and kept them waiting. If he had given them the go ahead at least they would have been thrown out if they couldnt at least proceed. That may have flagged up a problem that seems to have derailed Pinnacle and the Irish. There must be something pretty bad for them to walk. perhaps that is why he was insisting on 500k non refundable deposit so they were already in and perhaps then lothe to walk on seeing any problems. it is speculation but is that what a forum is about?
-
Fry did not act and get the first bid sorted out one way or another. Why did Pinnalce get to the table and leave, the Irish likewise? It is something that he should have made them aware of and so they could have bid accordingly. He knew the time factor was a problem. He was the only one who had all the facts in front of him and kept stalling hoping for more. Now that may be unfair on him but it is us who are now in the s###.i did post some time ago we were making it easy for him and were laying down letting him f### us without making his life a little uncomfortable to help push him along
-
If only I could say the same about you
-
Well is there a meeting? Time will tell.I had hoped you had put me on ignore. Dont bother reading my posts , frankly this site will be finished very soon anyway if the news is bad. As for having integrity, it is a trait Im not sad to have.

It depends whether Mark Fry wants to give me a call out of the blue.
