That alone seems madness to me as surely they should have factored in worse case scenario. That would mean they have either gone back to Fry and tried to offer less, which may in turn mean that the creditors may not then agree to a CVA (-25) or are in negotiation with the FL and asking them to not give them any more sanctions for not having a CVA if they accept the -10. I cannot believe they based their offer on not getting a -10. As I say it is me reading between the lines and so be wrong.

when I was at school they didnt have teacher training days. They just came in gave you a slap around the ear and you lived in fear of being singled out.
