If i had said I was buying it and by paying the money to stop it being liquidated and also preventing others from getting it yes i would, as i was either committed to it or not. It was obvious and many stated so, that you offer at worse case levels and factor in the -10. That would have given them a price they wanted to pay.To go into exclusivity it would mean that the price was agreed by both parties, so job done. I still think that the original money has left and the scenario where they bought in haste and now WE may have to repent at leisure ps a businessman, doesnt mean a good one, lol

To me Fry still has been given far too much slack and now it may well be he has wasted time and lots of the clubs money backing the wrong horses. It was never a job that he could waste time in finding a buyer, as it was clear there were other factors different to a normal company takeover. This all fits in with the suggestion that Pinnacle acted without the 'backer' fully on board.LC may have been encouraged to pay up the deposit and thern worry about getting the money later. That could be why the 1 became a consortium and that it will be an offshore nominee account. I still havent seen if the 2 minor legalities have been sorted and if they have any luck getting an agreement wiht the FL. I do hope that hte staff at the club can be reassured tomorrow
