NSS who is a friend of TL has put up a couple of posts today. Trying to read between the lines it seems that Pinnacle based their offer on us getting the -10 back after receiving legal advice. That alone seems madness to me as surely they should have factored in worse case scenario. That would mean they have either gone back to Fry and tried to offer less, which may in turn mean that the creditors may not then agree to a CVA (-25) or are in negotiation with the FL and asking them to not give them any more sanctions for not having a CVA if they accept the -10. I cannot believe they based their offer on not getting a -10. As I say it is me reading between the lines and so be wrong.

when I was at school they didnt have teacher training days. They just came in gave you a slap around the ear and you lived in fear of being singled out. NSS it is more worrying for me where you say that Pinnacle offer was in the understanding that the -10 would be waived. I assume that now it wont be they are going to make a different offer as the original offer was based on doing so. that could mean that we will not be guarenteed a CVA as the creditors may now not agree and so TL is trying to get the FL not to impose the extra penalties, but perhaps still accept the -10.

Ginge you are rightly behind Pinnacles bid as you loike myself want a club to support. I halso want Pinnacle to suceed for the same reasons but as I have said all along that is why we need MJ not to be all wind. If I was him and after taking all the abuse on here Id put 2 fingers up and say you dont deserve to be saved.Part of me wants him to win the bidding just so he can get his credibility back. Im not agreeing but saying some maybe spot on. I dont live in your fuzzy all is good world, where just because our hero is at the front all will be fine. If Pinnacle come up with the wages then we can all join you but if there is another statement saying that the lawyers are looking at a couple of little minor legal matters first, again then Id get a bit more concerned.
