Did you see him just before he went off against Sparta? He's not accustomed to this style of play, but he was fading fast in the game. Starting from the bench was the right call today.

I didn't say he was knackered today, he was knackered against Sparta and rightly started on the bench. The formation wasn't working no, but maybe we are starting to get to grips with it now. We looked good today.

I really thought we'd come unstuck in the second half and tire a bit, but we didn't. Not one bit. Hojbjerg was class and so was Austin when he came on. The only downsides for me was Classie and Redmonds finishing. Other than that I think we did really well. Some slick passing and patient build up play.

Some comical comments in here. We've actually played pretty well. Some really nice passing and possession based football and we've carved them open a few times. We just need someone, anyone to put their shooting boots on. Redmond has played well minus that hilarious miss.

Austin shouldn't have just grabbed the ball like that. Tadic is the designated penalty taker. If he wants to take pens then he needs to earn that right. Tadic had every reason to be ****ed and if I was Puel i'd be having a word with Austin. That said, i'd rather pens were given to Charlie anyway.
