Fair enough being impatient, but thinking rationally , how would you change anything that has occurred so far since AP took over?.........what is your suggestion for magically transforming a systematic losing team that has had a close season of doubt and worry into League 1 leaders?.........life isn't like that........it takes time..... and the more those who are "impatient" start to take that onboard, the less their blood pressure will be harmed!

I may be in the minority, but I think the club is slowly going in the right direction and IF we can draw away games and WIN home games then I believe this early season stuttering will improve quite quickly.........it was never going to be an instant fix whoever took over this nightmare..........but to dream of playoffs is totally unreasonable........its going to be a long hard slog to get into credit and perhaps off the bottom of the league by January......though I feel a first home victory may well be the catalyst to confidence and more positive results

Give the manager and team time........to be in credit by November and off the bottom by Xmas would be an excellent achievement in my view and much more realistic than many who were thinking of play offs.......... not a prayer of that........ need to just try to stay in this league........if not, build next season from league 2........although hopefully it won't come to that

I would imagine by mid October we should be in credit.....after the last 6 months it would be an acheivement, with a hope of being off the bottom by beginning of February........thats is realism......not the fantasy league that many posters seem to live in!

I think the manner of the performance is more important than the result.........staying in this league is the goal this season and anything else is an unlikely bonus........ from what is being written the team is coming together a bit and a win won't be far away.........far to many individuals that expected overnight success.......football isn't like that........ it will take time but the signs are positive.........time for the doubters to start believing in the long term!!

Whether anyone is pro Rasiak or anti Rasiak.........its time to get rid of him and use the cash and his wages to bring in one or twp players who actually WANT to play for Saints instead of just taking the cash

Nobody is suggesting 2 points from 4 games is good enough........literally nobody.........its a result of the malaise the club has been in for a long time, and the more realistic rational, circumspect individuals that are posting realise things take time to turn around..........there are too many unrealistic expectations from "dreamers" who expect instant success.............that just will not happen!!........accept that or face many weeks of further angst!!

Get them out as soon as possible...... there has hardly been a rush to sign them up from any other clubs....... cuple of Polish journeymen at best!!............

I think the attendance will begin to fall away until there seems to be a structure to the team and a sniff of a chance of victory.......15k tomorrow would be satisfactory........a victory and it will build.........a defeat or dull draw and it will diminish

Too fragile in confidence to give any team a hiding............if anything its likely to be the other way round in the next few weeks before the team start to get it together

Saints 0 - 1 Brentford...........its still too early to expect a victory........the pieces are beginning to come together, but the team itself still has too many weak areas.........another fortnight on the training pitch and perhaps there may be a semblance of a side that can start to win a few points........... don't think we are there yet and the oppositions know it too

I think end of October could be ambitious to get into positive figures........ there is an awful lot to be done to mould the players into a unit capable of winning a football match once, let alone for than 3 victories.......... I said at the very beginning that avoiding the drop again would be target number one this season and I still believe that........its not being negative, its living in the real world.........I fully expect Saints will be in the bottom 3 at Christmas and to buy in the January transfer window.........just enough quality to escape the drop.......... and frankly, the way things are at the moment I'd take that as a successful seaon.

What do people expect?...........1) Saints are notoriously slow starters. 2) A few weeks ago there was nearly no club at all. 3) Some influential players left during the close season when there were doubts about future existence. 4) AP recognises that its going to be a long haul out of the mess with the weak squad he has. 5) Its the 3rd game of the season and he probably now knows that he has 3 or 4 players not up to the standard required and will find replacements. Fans need patience.... the spine isn't there yet, which is why I suggested Oct/Nov before out of negative into plus points........and I still think its realistic!
