Goodness. The number of Dutch at St Mary's are multiplying. How many Dutchmen does it take to......... (fill in the rest yourself)
-
But you say you won't have anything to do with Saints if this happens. Seriously, terrible news.
-
All available monies should be used to pay off all tax due imo, so that we are not deducted 17 points as well.
-
Perhaps the one good thing of going into administration earlier is that there will be less owing to HMRC, so that hopefully we are able to pay off all tax beforehand, thus preventing the further 17 points deduction. Anyone?

This is patently why Lowe's PR machine has started a campaign in the media blaming the 'absent' fans for our troubles.
-
So there we have it. The official line IS that we the fans are responsible. Teflon Lowe, through his PR plants (no doubt paid for out of SLH funds) is making sure the media know he is blameless. Expect a lot of stories in the press and TV along these lines.

Rupert and his cronies only paid £1 a share for the club as we know, and have all made their million or two out of SFC. So money isn't an issue with them. It is all about ego. Lowe isn't a fan of SFC, so our demise is not an issue with him either. He is rid of dissenters in the Board (since he was last Chairman) and his cronies have proxied their shares in his favour. Wilde's investment cost him a fortune, and fear brought him into Lowe's camp. They still hate each other, I am sure. Crouch walked out of the EGM and did not cast his vote. (Silly impetuous man for letting Lowe wind him up - so Lowe gets what he wants again.) The date of the EGM so close to Christmas made it difficult for many smaller shareholders to attend, who did not vote. Hence the reported 90% + vote in Lowe's favour. So the world at large believe that Lowe has an impregnable 90% support. That's how to manipulate the impression of power. (Hollow laughter.)

No matter how much I try I can't get that grin off his face. So funny. So frustrating.
-
I'm puzzled as to what constitutes a 'football related debt', since everything to do with SFC is football related, surely.. Except presumably SLH's 'other' business activities. Herein lies the crux.

Great. Ron for CF!

"...will have to make a major decision by the third week of March. That is whether to put the club into administration and take the Football League’s 10-point penalty this season. " according to Sale of The Daily Mail. Imo, if it has to be, it must be done before it is too late this season.

It's clearly prompted by Lowe who has re-written history in true Goebbels style. The 'regime that forced him out of office' was headed by the arch mismanager Wilde who put him back in office, ffs
-
Longwinded. And it's not meant to be so hilarious. But then there have been so many reasons not to be cheerful.
-
Lowe is scared of managers who speak their mind and are assertive.

Itchen Bridge for the rest of us

'How much will it cost to buy myself out of this one?'
-
Since Lowe returned the share price has fallen from 33p to 22p. Not his fault of course. Just a coincidence.

'Knowing the players well'. How many times have we heard that when internal appointments have been made? Too chummy = no respect. It probably will be an internal appointment which will not help our cause. But what we NEED is an experienced manager who has the respect of players, kicks arses when necessary, and is tactically good. We were in this situation last season, I remember. Sadly, Lowe is too afraid of managers who stand up to him to appoint the savour we need.

Like back to the future? Follow me, I'm right behind you.

Sounds like it.
-
Dodd wasn't appointed by Lowe.

If the club has to pay compensation to JP, Lowe will have to sell our best players to cover the costs of this. Yet another example of our playing staff being detrimentally determined by management incompetence.
