I read the Nixon comment simply as Villa still would like JWP - which I'm sure they do. Doesn't mean we will sell though. Nah I don't think so. Lovren was just a complete and utter helmet, stayed for a year then had the whole 'my head is at liverpool' nonsense. Just a generally unlikeable bloke. Nivea boy did the whole 'want to finish my career here' then 5 minutes later was telling everyone who'd listen that he was leaving and would strike etc, plus the fact he still had a long contract. Ings has never really pretended he wanted to stay, or said anything derogatory. He just didn't sign a new contract. He won't get a hero's welcome but he won't get vitriol either.
