This game is being played at Hungerford Town FC, 10mins west of Newbury on the A4. it's a nice ground with decent clubhouse etc Will we see Jaidi, Papa Waigo, & Holmes play in this game ?????? Saint_clark Posted 14 September, 2009 Share Posted 14 September, 2009 Someone said to me that Jaidi and Waigo will be playing, I imagine Holmes will as well just to get fitness.

oxfordshire_saint Posted 14 September, 2009 Share Posted 14 September, 2009 I'll be going. I played there 5 years ago and if it's anything like it was then, it's crap. The pitch was on a slope and apart from a couple of very modest "grandstands" it was basically just railings around a pitch! It'll be amusing watching player's who've played internationally set foot on it!

Minsk Posted 14 September, 2009 Share Posted 14 September, 2009 Pardew said after Saturday's match that Jaidi would play. I would imagine Papa and Holmes will too. Possible line-up?: ----------------------Bart---------------------------- Pulis--------Jaidi---------Lancashire---Molyneux Thomson---Wotton-----Gillett-----------Holmes ----------------Waigo-----Paterson---------------
Nadia Sllim Posted 14 September, 2009 Share Posted 14 September, 2009 They will get murdered, Is Michael Ryan still their top marksman?
Saint Samuel Posted 15 September, 2009 Share Posted 15 September, 2009 Don't mention Michael Ryan, still a very sensitive issue to the locals. I went to school with a bloke who should be making his debut for Swindon Reserves tonight, he's an arrogant t**t, so hopefully will get taken down a peg or two by Saints reserves tonight. hughieslastminutegoal Posted 15 September, 2009 Share Posted 15 September, 2009 What the english game needs to sort out urgently are decent competitions/leagues for professional reserve teams to play in. The present system is absolutely useless.
Wiltshire Saint Posted 15 September, 2009 Share Posted 15 September, 2009 This is going to be a massacre.

The present system is absolutely useless. I couldn't agree more. How the present lack of a system is condoned is quite astounding. One competitive reserves game a week would be a start.
