Going there on the weekend. Luckily my folks are going too so me and the missus will be able to offload the kids and go clubbing a couple of times.

What clubs do people recommend out there?

Also what excursions are recommended? I went to Hurghada last year and done Cairo/Pyramids etc.

Lastly, what are the golf courses like?

Go SCUBA diving. Still pretty good despite the over-use of the place.

Forget the clubs, you're too old anyway.

I might do Scuba, or possibly snorkelling... which seems a bit easier.

I also got asked for ID the other day.... despite being 30. I rock.

The best club is pacha, would definately recommened quad biking in the desert. A good bar to watch football is The tavern they show every live game and have gillete soccer saturday on through the net only downside is the owners a skate. Also change your money up out there you get about a 10% better exchange rate thant here

Camel Dive club in Sharm is pretty good. I even bumped into Simon Gillett there.

Naama bay is good for a night out. We ended up in the hard rock cafe.

Hope you have a good'un. Never been to Sharm, but spent two weeks in Makadi Bay on other side of Red Sea. Best holiday we've had in years. All inclusive too. Anyway get a decent mask and snorkel and enjoy, there is still plenty to see on Red Sea reefs. I don't do clubbing due to advancing years (50+) so can't comment but, weather is reliable and in our experience the people can't do enough for you particularly if you are going 5 star.
