Marsdinho Posted 6 September, 2010 Share Posted 6 September, 2010 Hi, Due to a unfortunate situation forced upon my sister, she has just moved into a flat on her own and is in despearate need for some CHEAP (OR FREE !!!) furniture. In particular, she is after a sofa and lounge furniture, as her lounge is currently bare, but anything would be considered. So, if anyone has any spare furiture they were thinking about getting rid of, please let me know, I can come and pick it up (if its in the southampton area). Thanks in advance. Matt. jawillwill Posted 13 September, 2010 Share Posted 13 September, 2010 I've got a little wooden stool I'm trying to get rid off. I've had it for years - it's a bit wobbly because one of the legs is slightly shorter than all the others but it still does the job if you just try not to move too much when you're sitting on it. £5 and it's yours if you want to come and pick it up from Bristol. Am willing to deliver but would have to ask for an extra £15-20 for cost of travel.
Michelle Posted 13 September, 2010 Share Posted 13 September, 2010 I've got a couple of bookcases, three CD/DVD shelving units, a load of shelves, a couple of triangular side tables and bedside type tables, and an entertainment unit. All in silver. Also a bathroom cabinet. Lemme know if she might be interested, not looking at anything outrageous in terms of cash either.
Turkish Posted 13 September, 2010 Share Posted 13 September, 2010 i've got a couple of two seater sofas and a chair coming available in a few weeks, they are being replaced. Dark brown leather looking (we were sold them by land of leather as being leather but i dont think they are!) They are about 4 years old and in okay condition, one of the sofas does have quite a few scratches on one done by our lovely cats, FFS. She is more than welcome to them for nowt just need picking up, only thing is our news ones dont arrive until mid October so if she can wait?? Dimond Geezer Posted 29 September, 2010 Share Posted 29 September, 2010 I have a 3 piece suite to get rid of. Creamy/whitey sort of colour. The arms on the chair are worn through, but I think the sofa is ok. If wanted your sis is welcome to all or part of it f-o-c. It will need collecting from Bitterne Park.
