Channon's Sideburns Posted 16 December, 2008 Share Posted 16 December, 2008 Just been thinking about this, and the AGM could prove to be VERY interesting. Surely at this point in time the following could happen: 1. Lowe and Associates could combine voting to remove Wilde (est holding 27%?) 2. Wilde could join with Crouch to remove Lowe etc (est holding 26%) There could well be fireworks - if Wilde seriously is not getting on with Rupert or, is not happy with the 'role' he has been given - could he turn again? Would Leon have anything to do with Wilde if the aim was to remove Rupert again? COULD THIS WHOLE BLOODY MESS BE BACK TO SQUARE ONE? I think that the Lowe/Wilde axis is very shaky, and there could be blood on the carpet come Xmas.. Any ideas? 'It'll be lonely this Xmas, without you to rule.......' Hate to disappoint but 1 - An unlikely senario. It would weaken Lowes hold and that is the last think he needs with so much opposition from other areas. 2 - Wilde and Crouch are even more unlikely bedfellows for reasons I will not go into. My tip is a lively AGM but the present status quo remaining for another year at least. Not a happy situation but without money, all we can expect. Saint Bowood Posted 16 December, 2008 Share Posted 16 December, 2008 So...... we can afford to take a squad of 22 players plus staff to London for the weekend (between Sheff Wed and C. Palace) at a cost of god knows how much (20k?) but can't afford biccies for the shareholders.......scandalous. Jones out .... no not Kenwyne he went ages ago - the FD.
