Mr X Posted 22 January, 2009 Share Posted 22 January, 2009 http://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/4066097.One_fan_s_despair_for_club_he_loves/ Think we all know where hes coming from, normally I would say a protest will achieve nothing but in the situation we find ourselves in its probably the last resort
Junior Mullet Posted 22 January, 2009 Share Posted 22 January, 2009 Well I hope he has something useful to do instead otherwise he'll just end up spending his time away from SMS pacing up and down wondering what he's missing.
JohnnyFartPants Posted 22 January, 2009 Share Posted 22 January, 2009 It looks like he has painted his face, therefore he has no credentials to know anything above how to spread some butter on a slice of bread.

Norm Posted 22 January, 2009 Share Posted 22 January, 2009 good thing about being a saints fan on the other side of the world? by the time the result comes in im either a) in bed or b) off my face for this season its a bit of a blessing! Good thing about being a Saints fan on the other side of the world is, a, arguing with yourself, "I'm going to the game!" "Don't be a mug! You know they won't win" "I don't care, I'm going anyway" "Your loss, go if you must, loser!" b, sitting in the stand, feeling like 'Billy No Mates'. Nobody near you to chat to. c, going to the concourse at HT and getting served in minutes. d, walking out at FT, hoping nobody speaks to you, after another loss and sh*%e game. e, getting home in 10 minutes, instead of 45 mins when we were in the Prem. f, getting home and the wife hides her head in the newspaper, which she never reads. Note on kitchen table, dinner in microwave. She then talks about any thing other than Saints. Yep, it must be great to be a Saints fan on the other side of the world. Only 50% of the pain felt by those here.
