If we lose at Nowich there must be a demonstration before and after the Swansea game to remove Wilde and Lowe and bring back Leon Crouch. It is not beyond the realms of possibility that Leon will bring in an English manager experienced in the Championship in the mould of Nigel Pearson and save our great club! Crouch and Pearson were ousted before and by the Judas Wilde and the pompous and arrogant Lowe ! We all knew it would be an disaster and the only way to save our great club is for all fans to unite behind Leon Crouch to come back ! He has shown himself to be a passionate fan, who is an astute business man with the money to save our great club! Get behind him! I`ve got some time for Leon - Pearson, Ted`s statue and all that and I think we would have been better off this season with him and Pearson at the helm. We all know what happened but if it`s the case that Leon has the resources at his disposal to oust Lowe and bring in experienced Championship management then good, especially as there seems little prospect of alternative investment. I have no idea how feasible this suggestion might be - we might need a little more convincing - but if it saves us from administration, gets rid of Lowe, gives us a clean sheet to start again with, then maybe there is some hope for rescueing not just this season but also our club. Bailey Posted 25 January, 2009 Share Posted 25 January, 2009 Whilst I think Leon is far from perfect, he would certainly, IMHO, be a damn sight better than Lowe and Wilde. For starters, we'd probably still have Nigel Pearson at the helm! At least we know Crouch would have the clubs' best interests at heart and he's proven that he's willing to dig into his own pockets to help the club. I don't know how feasible a Crouch return would be, but it would be a step in the right direction, and would even feel as though us fans were starting to get our club back. He maybe good in the external world of business and does well for charitable organisations. that i will not fault. How ever I question his ability as a board member when it come to Saints. I witnessed his antics at the recent AGM and his lack of decorum and integrity sadly went out of the window that day as far as I was concerned. I would prefer if possible that all three walked away from the clubboard room as while all three are involved there will continue to be unrest at the club. The one thing I do admire about leon is like me he is a hugely passionate saints fan like myself unlike the other two. I give him total credit for him taking his passion to the heart of the boardroom but he lets himself down when he makes his angst against the board be known in public. He was never really allowed to show his ability as a board member as he was always out voted by Hone ect! You mention about decorum at the AGM but dont you think it was understandable that anger was vented because of the way Lowe was talking down to everyone! grown men even shed a tear! I have been told I am a plastic/crap fan..and even I knew that...how leon AND lawrie didnt AND tried to tell the fans about continuity amazed me... lowe would have been slated for that...hold on......... Why, Crouch knew costs had to be cut so loaned out rasiak and Rudi last season, Lowe has already stated that Crouch was going to close the corners as well, which proves Crouch was prepared to make unpopular decisions.
