  1. But it does give you a better opportunity of away tickets during the season. Interesting how the club are it seems focussed on short term gain, usually at the expense of supporters. The Leeds tickets another example. Contrast this with 1976 and after winning the SF the club immediately announced no further season ticket sales for the remainder of the season. People were coming out of the woodwork to buy them in the hope of securing a final ticket.
  2. By his own standards perhaps, but still improved us. More damning of the rest perhaps

But that’s as it appears to ‘the man in the street’, like you and I. It might be viewed differently on Planet Rasmus where he has a spreadsheet, full of algorithms to tell him this bloke is the dog’s bollocks, and the next big thing. Rasmusseesaheadofthecurve#

Be surprised if it isn’t in a similar order to the SF ie ST holders ( in a descending order depending on seats), Members (similar order), then general sale. Only question might be ST buying for others and when that kicks in. You’d expect the club might have a bit more of a relaxed approach to general sale if it’s WBA/Norwich in the final rather than Leeds

Probably, fair point. Although I think their issues have been worsened by Mowbray having to go off on health grounds. They should have stuck with Eustace though.

Benefit of hindsight and all... but this didn't last vey well. Wonder who made the worst appointment, Millwall or Plymouth.
  7. Congrats on winning the Nathan Jones Trophy yesterday, probably deserved. I too am hoping we're saving ourselves for the play offs, but not convinced.

Or... maybe Rasmus has seen something in him, and he's being fast tracked to be our next manager. (Another useful Masters initiative put together by University of Salford or Worcester no doubt...I'll await his questionnaire on here to find the 'fans views' ahead of his dissertation )
  9. Did Semmens think she was part of the deal, or that we were signing her instead?
  10. That is equally a perfectly valid point which I accept to some degree although with three games in the week I don't think they'd get too rusty from being rested yesterday. The exception to that in my view anyway is Downes, and I'd like to see RM keeping him under wraps until the plays offs. We want another big three games from him this season so not worth risking v Stoke, or even Leeds.
  11. That could be a 'happy ever after' ending for all parties, although unlikely to happen. Having left us in no doubt that you don't think 'Lego' is the manager of your choice, who would you realistically want to see come in ?
  12. A disappointing line up certainly, but I can’t criticise Martin for that yesterday given where we are . Giving some of the key players a rest is sound in my view with the play offs coming up, we’d be creating if AA, or Downes picked up an injury in a needless end of season Match. The lack of motivation and organisation among some players does rest with RM and he deserves the flak for that. Hopefully a couple of players have played themselves out of the reckoning for further selection.
  13. Stoke fans were calling for his head a couple of weeks ago.
  14. What Leeds need ahead of the play offs is a confidence boosting easy win, scoring a few goals in the process. Wonder who they might be playing next game.
  15. Can't wait to see him jog down the touchline, receive the applause from the travelling support, then sit down again when three wingers are introduced to the match after 65 minutes.
