Personally am happy with my local brewery (Ringwood) or currently enjoying beers from St. Austell Brewery, rather than give my money to a barman of 10 years who thinks he knows the beer market and is going to be a local force with far too little money. Err sorry but I think he was incorrect as "you're" is short for "you are" so in the context of his sentence "your" is the correct word to use.
