I understand that but Ryan has already been at a 'big' club and he was never really first choice there. He's one of the first names on the team sheet with us. I for one hope we can hang onto him!

Yeah agreed, I thought he definitely was one of our best performers. I really don't get the criticism of him, he has not had a consistent run in the team yet.
