  1. I'd prefer us in a 4141 or if he must have 2 up top 4132, had 3/5 at the back we're simply not good enough offensively for that and will still leak goals, 4 at the back with probably OR at cdm as he's probably the best disaplined to do that, countless times we gave up midfield even to weaker teams, with a 4 1 we have security and should be able to keep tight in midfield and stop all these breaking line passes teams use on us
  2. At least we stuck with Ralph
  3. Oh yeah my mistake that hidden gem
  4. What I find strange is all the rounds Ralph done in Germany and Austria and he's bought nobody in from the above, surely he would of had contacts/scouting/General knowledge of those leagues, is this partly because of the scouting dept over the years don't back him up after being burned on Carillo deal or the fact he's supposed to have poor man management skills that nobody would want to work with him
  5. Here here, expecting a different outcome with inexperienced players, Ralph should of gone
  6. We should've at £25m gone for him, as above suffered when the team turned to shit , even at £30m we'll make money on him in 2yrs time, still small club mentality buying for £10-£15m then selling for £20m if you're lucky you haven't bought a dud, or get relegated as our young team have been rolled over time and time again
  7. So he didn't drop him at the start of season for Tino, he then didn't persevere playing Tino despite being inferior to Kwp in his defensive duties, it was so bleeding obvious Tino was better going forward, then what coincided with Kwp on the right and Perraud on the left was some of out best form, until Ralph was Ralph and changed it back to accommodate Tino , then our form and balance fell apart, I don't remember people saying it was Ralph's fault for the injury but it was plain to see he needed a break
  8. And you know that
  9. If he had any sense he would go and finally play for a very good manager who'd play him in his preferred position with the added bonus of being in the champions league
  10. I'm in 2 minds here, my daughter is only 11 and plays, probably in the best girls u12 grassroot side around, qualifying for nationals at St George's park and Lilleshall, beating academy teams on the way, only losing out 1v0 to Linfield ladies, the top Irish academy side around. Now seeing some of these girls at these ages the standard WILL improve, they are superb but yes against the boys equivalent they will be lacking the power/strength but can match them with technical ability. Now we watch every sort of football and she at 11 will sit there and shake her head at some of the womens decision making/final passes/shooting/goalkeeping, yes some of it as Dman says is really poor including the officials but it will get better and more competitive but it won't hit the heights of the men, so if you don't like it, don't watch it, simples, if you accept it for what it is its quite an enjoyable watch
  11. Not if he didn't want to go there
  12. Mmm, what I've seen from their European journey I wasn't that impressed with him, if we were to take a Rangers player I'd rather Calvin Bassey, yes I know he plays diff position but looks far more premier league standard
  13. What about lewington the wotsit from mk dons must if played under his dad at some point
  14. As above he's not the right person to improve us, that will show this coming season if board are to feeble to address it
  15. Not sure about Dennis but I'd definitely take Cornet
  16. And sits there playing candy crush on his ipad while Ralph stands and stares at the shambles in front of him wondering why his playbook isnt working
  17. Which I don't think he has
  18. 5 at a push from me, it's not even the 2x 9v0s it's all the games like West brom, Leeds where we could've and should've let in 6, the Chelsea game would've been 10 if they didn't take there foot of pedal, the games we've fell apart, such a fragile mentality and that stems from Ralph, he's so reactive that a game is gone before he realises, I'm sorry but being good in front of camera doesn't wash anymore
  19. Yet another player Ralph has bought down a level, will be cracking player under different manager
  20. Brandon Williams looked awful last season and if we're targeting players like Neco Williams then God help us for a long hard season, I would've had more faith if they binned Ralph
  21. Sounds about right
  22. Think id rather Niakhate than Caleta carr although Niakhate is also a lefty, fair play to forest if they get him
  23. I think he could thrive massively under a better manager like Pep or Klopp, at the moment he does what Ralph wants , keeps the ball, recycles and keeps moving left to right and gets labelled as boring on here, that's from me as well, bar pace he has all the attributes to be an outstanding box to box midfielder and would be a credit to a top team
  24. Showed how overated Phillips is as well, really dreadful, had a part in 3 of the goals and was always a yard to late
  25. Lemina v chelsea
