  1. Collar is exactly how the original leak was rendered by the people who leaked it - not their fault I saw designs that weren't there. Panel down the side and cut off stripes will be evident in the smaller sizes, but the one they've got was clearly at LEAST a large and probably an XL, so designed precisely not to mess up the stripes at the side as it looks better in photos.
  2. Not necessarily, but wouldn't like to gamble on Swansea not winning either of their last two as well as us...
  3. Well, it is on the ONE shirt that exists. Saw it on Snapchat.
  4. No, no it wouldn't. I'd prefer they dragged the Saints badge higher up the shirt to be honest.
  5. Needs more black because otherwise there's only the sponsor and the shirt number pulling the shirt together with the shorts and that's crappy design.
  6. The video is awful, but Y Viva Rodriguez with a few tweaks could work quite well. It also has a "lalalalalalala" bit for those who want to join in a word at a time.
  7. It needs a black collar. Or preferably a half-black half red/white mesh collar. But they don't like to mix their templates...
  8. Cheers, apparently the same video is on Snapchat, I just haven't watched it yet.
  9. Judging by the video, the unveiled shirt doesn't have any adidas size printing inside it or a label (not that they have labels usually now) so I'm guessing there are very few of the actual shirts made at the moment and there could just be one doing the rounds for all the media. I haven't seen the back of it yet, and though the leak shows it's striped on the back too, the spectre of the Europa League might have led the club to rethink that. Also, they're not selling it for 6 weeks, they have to have something to lure you back in with nearer the time.
  10. Beats "grown men" at a football match trying to start fights with their fellow supporters because they can't handle their beer.
  11. It's absolutely exactly the same as the leak with the exception of the badge placement.
  12. My 2 year old nephew's head was too big for the Small Youth's shirt, but fitted into the 2-3 years one nicely. Something to do with measurements for kids' clothes and head sizes. Though he does have a massive noggin. And yeah, this season's shirts were pretty notoriously 2 sizes too small.
  13. "Zlatan Abrahamovic", FFS.
  14. He's English but he's got a Spanish name Viva Rodriguez His dad captained Saints at Wembley Viva Rodriguez He's never even been to fcking Spain Viva Rodriguez He's taking us to Europe once again
  15. I've seen and heard worse, to be honest. Also has the factual inaccuracy essential to a Northam song ("stands over 6 foot 3", "fcking hates Pompey", "by far the greatest team" etc.).
  16. Got 6 weeks before you can buy it, imagine how boring it'll be by then. Most sportswear trends are cycled out monthly now!
  17. A mere glance back through this thread shows that adidas have got all of 4-6 design pieces going for each bit of the kit, they obviously just get the materials in the right colour or with the right pattern printed on it and cut the corresponding bits a gazillion times over. I'm still surprised we've managed to get through a 3 year adidas deal without once having black stripes or a black adidas logo on the home kit (obviously the hiatus year helped with that).
  18. Nothing to see here...
  19. Looks like a Saints/Palace/Vasco de Gama shirt with navy.
  20. He was wearing the MOST generic red adidas top possible, plus pretty much everyone had already seen the design.
  21. Of the last adidas ones or last season's ridiculously wrong-sized own-brand shirts? The home shirt is Climacool, which is the standard fit of the last adidas home shirt (the crappy red/gold one).
  22. That is correct, but it's still unique.
  23. Of course the weird thing about people complaining that it looks like something else is that Saints have NEVER had a striped adidas shirt before.
  24. You could buy a new car for under £500 then, so I'm not surprised. Ten grand for a mini nowadays, not sure I'd pay £1000 for a shirt.
