B*llocks to their legal entity, don't believe all that spin. All you need is a Registered Ltd Company ( even I've got one of them ) , and the relevent skills and money to mount a takeover.... which from what I am aware, the Saints Trust don't have.

Wrong, I imagine there will be a few of their mob drinking in our manor on the weekends, we need to stick together and make sure that any Beastlees drinking in Southampton are dealt with appropriately.

Well about f*cking time they choose whether they are Beastleighs or Saints... we could be in the same division in about 15 months.

... when do we start hating them? Next year we could be in the same division as them, so isn't it about time we gave their supporters a nickname, and maybe started singing a few songs about them? I hope if we do end up in the same division, we don't have a gay 'freindly derby' like Everton and Liverpool do. In all seriousness, it is very likely that we will be the same distance in league tables, that we are from P*rtsmouth. Don't rush with your answers, if Lowe comes back then I might end up supporting them next season...

I am not qualified but this is my take on it. It depends if the NDA is between xxxx & Lowe or xxxx & Southampton FC If it is xxxx & Lowe then it still stands and Lowe could sue. If it is against xxxx & Southampton FC then it would be at the discretion of the new owners as to whether they would relax the NDA's or be bothered if they were broken. I am not sure if any of the people under NDA's would be that bothered to phone up and clarify the situation anyway, unless they have a book coming out.

Oh f*ck. And what the fook do you need the backing of Nick Illingsworth and the Saints Trust for anyway?!?!? :shock: If Lowe comes back then my Southampton supporting days are over, not going back to him, will probably end up at Eastleigh or on the Golf course. If there is no club and the Saints Trust get their grubby hands anywhere near a new club, then I won't be supporting that either. So I guess it is takeover from a genuinely decent bidder or nothing for me.

How many of tv do-gooders on here have their Dell seat? Did you pay for it? If not then it is no different to taking stuff yesterday. The club were selling them seats if you remember... So I hope you all paid for them... I'm sure you all did, being upstanding citizens.

Yep, wasn't the only one either..... I know some people that tried it the day after and by then they had got the security sorted, they jumped the fence by the Archers Road and got a nasty nip off an Alsation waiting for them, poor chaps. You should have seen the amount of stuff that was taken after the Last Dinner at the Dell, quite amusing to see so many people black tied up walking out with random bits of memorabilia...

To be fair, I nicked loads from The Dell, even went back there with a ladder and toolbox in the evening to nick even more, then nicked even more at the 'Last Dinner at The Dell' I would have happily taken something today if I was there, although I would probably taken it round to reception for them to look after until Monday.

I oppose the individuals running the trust, and believe they are in it for themselves and nobody else, I also do not agree with the concept of a fan on the board of Southampton FC.... that opinion could change if we were to become non-league. I think Supporters clubs are a good thing, if ran in the right way. I don't believe any one individual should have access to board meetings and discuss issues on behalf of their 'membership' People are quick to hit back at me, during the last year, I have time and time again asked people to give me examples of how the Trust have represented their membership during that time. I have also asked for them to prove they have 838 active members to represent. I have also asked people to prove me wrong of my opinion that the Saints Trust board are in it for themselves. MAYBE, and it is a massive MAYBE, if the Saints Trust was run by a group of people that were more interested in their members than themselves, then I would shut up and let them get on with it. What do I think should be in place of a Trust? - Open fans forums, possibly once a month, where all fans can attend. - A dedicated customer care department. That's all that is needed.
